it went missing in transit, tracking got confusing and there was a back-and-forth about addresses. In the end they just sent a replacement without me asking and that was a relief. I tried to sort a refund but gave up, partly because the replacement worked so well. All in all glad I bought it and happy to recommend the product itself.
Decent-looking bag, awful buying experience
I won’t be buying from them again. I actually liked the look of the backpack when a mate showed it to me on Instagram, and I ordered it for a trip — but the whole thing turned into a proper faff. After almost a week there was no shipping update, so I emailed them and only then was told it hadn’t been sent because of a backlog. It finally turned up more than two weeks later, by which time I was already away, so I had to send it back. The bag itself felt quite stiff and awkward on the shoulders, so that confirmed my decision — but the worst bit was the returns business. I ended up paying €30 for return postage (their policy), they first offered €15 to keep it, then weirdly suggested $45 later on — bit messy. Communication was slow, it took a month to sort the refund, and in the end I lost the return postage. Small positive: the design is nice and I had a little hope for it, but the service and the returns policy ruined that. Won’t risk it again.
