Halfway through breakfast my sister texts that the online gift card she bought isn’t working — cue panic. Cortney, who was there that Tuesday morning, took over, rang customer services and actually sorted it. She was patient, good humour, and now the card pays for the kids' school lunches. Proper help.
Curly-hair lifesaver, with caveats
I was wary of the Beverly Hills price tag and whether their curly range was any different — but after using the leave-in in my morning routine every day, most doubts faded. Staff were a bit distant (a hello would’ve helped), yet the products lasted longer than I expected.
Finally something that actually works
worth it, even if a bit pricey. I use the mousse every morning after showering to tame my cowlick and it actually makes styling faster. The hairspray doesn’t leave that gluey feel, which is a relief. I’ve even got friends hooked on it. My mum was a hairdresser, so I’m picky — this ticks most boxes. Not perfect, but good enough for daily life.
Worth the shampoo, not the rules
Good product, poor returns — that's my take. I bought an expensive shampoo and conditioner, got home, spotted ingredients I avoid and returned them unopened next morning. Staff said no refunds, only store credit. Annoying, I mean. I still use the conditioner after the gym, so it's not all bad.
Nearly put off, then saved
I was halfway through checkout when I realised the discount code from the signup didn't work — I’d spotted the site on Instagram and told my sister. It felt like an email fishing trick, but customer service sorted a refund and delivery arrived earlier than expected, so I'm grudgingly pleased.
