the tracking finally changed and showed "return to sender", so I thought, right, job done, they'll sort a refund. That relief lasted about a day. After that it's all delays, vague messages and blame — they told me I refused delivery, which I didn't, then said they'd wait until the parcel actually arrived back. It's been months. I kept pinging them and got the same scripted answers. Dry fact: I never received the goods and there’s no refund yet. If you care about hassle, avoid; if you order anyway, be ready to chase them constantly — and keep screenshots. I'm still annoyed — it's a waste of time and money, not for me.
Pleasantly surprised
Half expecting another island hold-up, I phoned to ask about quicker postage. I'd had slow runs with other shops before, so I was sceptical. Then someone from customer service rang me the same day and walked me through a hiccup with the order. They really tried to put it right and offered faster shipping at no extra cost — that’s when I started to relax. The next afternoon the delivery driver appeared, which is almost unheard of here. The real moment of relief was seeing the parcel in my hands, knowing I’d make the pre-wedding appointment. I’m still a bit surprised, but I’ll definitely use them again; decent service and they sorted things properly.
Nice boots, messy service
they're proper well made. The leather's got a nice weight and they mould to your foot quicker than I expected; oddly comfy straight away, which was a pleasant surprise. Using them day to day feels solid, grips well, looks smart without overdoing it. The annoying bit was the buying side: they didn't ship for two weeks and customer service felt very distant, a bit robotic and not much help when I asked. That soured things. Still, I do like wearing them and they seem worth the money, but I'm wary about ordering again until the service improves.
Helpful and prompt when it mattered
I bought this as a last-minute present for my niece and started using the site one evening. The product looked exactly as pictured and was sent out pretty quickly. There was a hiccup on the way though — the local post office accidentally returned the parcel to Royal Mail before I could collect it, which was annoying and felt like a bit of a faff. Royal Mail weren’t very helpful when I rang them. I emailed Attitude Clothing to explain the situation late that night, mostly expecting a slow reply. Instead I had a call back the next morning from Barry. He was calm, apologetic and actually bothered to chase his contact at Royal Mail. He updated me over the phone the following day and the item arrived within 24 hours of that call. Using the product straight away, it was exactly what I wanted for the birthday — good quality, no surprises. What stood out was not just the speed of delivery in the end, but the human contact. Direct phone calls beat endless emails. Small things like that make a difference when time is tight. Would recommend for their customer service and quick turnaround if anything goes wrong.
Bit of a faff, but it worked out in the end
annoying process but I got my money back, so thumbs up in the end. Ordered 28" trousers and they sent a 30" pair — annoying, yes — but to their credit they replied to my first email fairly quickly and told me to open a return via Royal Mail. I sent the trousers back on 23 September and was twiddling my thumbs until early October, when I chased for an update. They said refunds can take up to 14 days, fair enough, but then I was told my refund was rejected and that they could resend the right size for another £4.99. No way I was paying for their mistake. Bit of a standoff, that. In the end PayPal sorted the refund for me (surprising how quickly PayPal stepped in), so I’m relieved. If you’ve dealt with other companies, some are much smoother, some worse — this sits somewhere in the middle. Would shop again? Maybe, but only if the return process is clearer up front.
Half the order, half the story
they phoned the warehouse, told me the delay was because one item was out of stock, and split the order so the available bits could be sent straight away. Those arrived the next day and I was relieved. Problem is, a month later there's still no update on that missing piece and it's oddly still listed on the site. The kit itself is good and the staff who eventually dealt with me were competent, but the lack of proactive communication unless you chase is frustrating. Sort that and I'd be much more positive.
