neat range and solid kit. They emailed about a hiccup, so I rang them on Friday. Properly sorted, polite and swift, got it for the weekend as promised. Really relieved and pleased, thank you — felt like a proper lifesaver.
Handy little upgrade
Bought a kit from Prime Tools and it's properly become my go-to for weekend DIY — solid, comfy in the hand and it just does what I need. Daisy in support was calm and helpful, answered a daft question twice, no drama. Makes little jobs nicer, I use it almost every week and actually enjoy them.
Made moving bearable
Wasn't expecting it to go so smoothly — needed them because I was moving and my dodgy back can't lift a thing. Delivery turned up on time, two helpful people who wrapped everything carefully and didn't rush. Customer service was proper decent on the phone too, answering my questions and checking I was happy. Price felt fair, not the cheapest but worth it for the care. Only tiny delay on confirmation email, but overall really pleased and relieved.
