Shoes refund and exchange
When I got my new shoes, I realised they didn't fit properly, so I needed to send them back. I got in touch with customer service and was really pleased with how quick and helpful they were. I managed to return the shoes and get my money back without any hassle. I also ordered a different pair of shoes which were just right and exactly what I wanted. All in all, the customer service was top-notch and made everything easy. Thanks a lot.
Half-size up
I recently bought some new boots online and the website gave a great description of them. They recommended ordering half a size up for Adidas boots as they tend to be small. I followed their advice and the boots fit perfectly, so I'm happy I listened to them. The only thing that would have improved the experience is if there had been free shipping. That would have been fantastic and definitely made me give them a 5-star rating!
