if you're sensitive to scent, try it in a few short sessions first. I like that they test things properly and link to studies; it gave me confidence. Will I buy again? Probably. Would I recommend their service? Yes, especially if you value clear communication and reliable delivery. Slight wish: include a tiny care card in the parcel next time. Overall quite pleased and mildly impressed. Oh, and their follow-up call actually cheered me up.
Don’t expect smooth sailing — but at least the card company helped
I wouldn’t order from them again. It was a faff from start to finish, and only ended well because my card issuer stepped in. I made the purchase late April as a rushed buy for a project. First impression was decent — slick site, quick checkout, felt expensive but okay given the specs. I paid extra for “expedited” shipping because I needed it soon. That’s where it all went downhill.
I waited. And waited. The tracking barely existed — for weeks there was nothing but a label-creation note and no sign the parcel actually moved. I tried to stay patient. I messaged customer support a few times. Their replies were vague and kept changing; one message blamed customs, another blamed some logistics channel, and later they said the order had cleared. The updates didn’t line up with the tracking, though. That inconsistency was the main red flag for me.
After quite a lot of back-and-forth I cancelled formally. They accepted the cancellation on paper but then refused to refund in full unless the parcel could be intercepted — a parcel that, as far as any tracking showed, had never left the origin. It felt like I was being bounced around rather than given clear answers. I don’t mind delays now and then, but I do expect transparency and a bit of ownership when things go wrong. That just wasn’t there.
I eventually filed a dispute with my card company. Only after that, and after posting public reviews, did the company appear to take the complaints seriously. My card provider investigated and ultimately refunded me. So, while the money did come back, it wasn’t due to smooth or proactive service from the seller; it was because the bank enforced consumer protections. That makes me grateful — glad I didn’t lose the cash — but also annoyed at having to escalate to that point.
On the positive side: the website looked professional and their responses, when they were clear, weren’t rude. And I’m thankful things were sorted out in the end. But I’d warn others: if you need something reliably and on time, don’t count on them. If something goes wrong, be prepared to chase, document everything, and involve your card issuer if necessary. I’d rather give a company a chance, but this one didn’t show the basics of honest communication or reliable fulfilment. Use your judgement, and keep proof of purchase and copies of all correspondence handy.
