I would not order from Public Desire again after this, mainly because the shoes never reached me and getting a clear answer or a proper refund turned into a long, exhausting mess. I ordered a pair specifically for a Christmas ball, thinking I had left enough time, and instead I ended up with no shoes, no replacement option, and a lot of back-and-forth that honestly felt like nobody was properly reading what I was saying. It was meant to be a straightforward purchase, around $50 including delivery, but it became far more stressful than it should ever have been.
