Defected item resolution
I've never felt the need to leave a review before, but I have to say, the service I got from Marie at this company was top-notch. My item turned up faulty, but Marie dealt with it quickly and efficiently, no fuss. Unlike other places that make you fight tooth and nail, Marie sorted it out straight away. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size for one item in my order, but Anna's brilliant customer service sorted it out in under 24 hours. I shot over an email explaining my error, and without any hassle, my order was adjusted and confirmed. High heels for parties and special events
I bought these adorable high heels for parties and special occasions and they look so elegant! They're not very practical for long walks because they're super high, but they make me feel like royalty. They appear much more expensive than they really are, and the croc pattern is really trendy. The only issue is that sometimes the heels wobble a bit, but it's not a major problem.

I bought a pair of black size 7 shoes from this company not long ago. But I had to send them back because they didn't fit right. To be honest, I was a bit miffed to find out I had to fork out for the return postage, as that's never been the case with other online shops I've used. And imagine my surprise when I got an email saying they hadn't received the return, even though I had sent it back with tracking. I thought that was really unprofessional and it left me feeling pretty annoyed as a customer.

Ankle boots
I bought some ankle boots from this company not long ago and was a bit gutted to find out they looked very much like a design I'd spotted from a little business on Instagram. It's a shame to see a big company pinching ideas from smaller, independent businesses. It makes me wonder if the brand's really genuine and creative, especially if they're not coming up with their own original designs. I'd advise others to think twice about backing this company and instead back businesses that are original and stand by their ethical values.
Sandals for my friend's birthday
I bought these sandals for my best friend's birthday and they arrived just in time for her party. She absolutely adored them and they looked really cute on her feet. I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends.
Wedding jacket
I got this really cute cropped jacket for a wedding I went to and it was absolutely lovely! The colour was so nice and it went really well with my outfit. I saw a similar one in a fancy store that was much more expensive, but this one was a real bargain!
Wide fit metallic knee length boots
I recently got these metallic knee length boots from this company because I was struggling to find ones that would fit my wider feet and calves. I chatted with Amy on the live chat and she was really helpful, giving top-notch customer service. The delivery came quickly and I could track it with Royal Mail. But when the boots arrived, I could see that the quality wasn't up to scratch. There were glue marks visible all around the boots and on the heels, as well as a few scuff marks on one boot. Despite the poor quality, the boots fit me perfectly and have enough room for my 16-inch calves. The metallic finish looks amazing and they're really comfortable. Sadly, I don't think the high price matches the quality, so I'm unsure about ordering from this company again.

My amazing shoes went missing when they were being delivered, but the delivery team kept me in the loop and were really helpful. Shoutout to Marie, Anna, and Helena for being so great!
