The Crossing Core 2.1 feels solid and straightforward to use, which was the main thing I wanted. I had a small hiccup at checkout, but support sorted it without making it a whole thing and kept me updated until it arrived. It turned up fine, with a couple of freebies I genuinely wasn’t expecting. I’m already considering the Stargazer Bubbler glass, partly for a different feel and partly because having a spare seems sensible. Prices seemed fair compared with other places. I’d use this shop again.

Last-minute lifesaver
Sat on the sofa the night before a weekend away my old unit died, so I ordered the Ruby Twist Pro from puffingmaster figuring I'd risk it. Bit nervous since it ships from China, but the updates were proper — every step, tracking, that sort of thing — and it turned up in ten days which felt quick to me. They even chucked in a free microdosing bowl, which was a nice surprise. Packaging was solid, loads of bubble wrap. Overall really pleased, would recommend to mates.
