Custom-built PC purchase
I recently got myself a custom-built PC from this company, and I've gotta say, I'm pretty chuffed with the whole thing. The PC was made exactly how I wanted it and it's running just fine. The packaging was spot on too, making sure my PC turned up in mint condition. The only downside was that the build took longer than they originally said. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they'd just kept me in the loop about it, but sadly they didn't. Still, I've gotta give props to their customer service team for being nice and sorry when I called up to ask about the delay. In the future, I reckon they should work on being more open about delays to stop this sort of thing happening again.
Photo editing computer
After my computer went kaput, I had to get a new one and thought I'd give this company a try. They've got off-the-shelf options for all sorts of requirements, and I was after something for tinkering with photos. Their computers are top-notch compared to what other places offer, and you can customise them to your liking. The delivery turned up when they said it would and the machine itself is really well put together. It's been running like a dream, doing exactly what I need. I'd definitely suggest giving them a go, and I'll be coming back for sure.
AMD High Performance mATX Desktop PC
I bought this AMD High Performance mATX Desktop PC not long ago and I have to admit, I'm really happy with the whole process. The delivery was spot on, on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. All the components were exactly as I wanted for my custom build and to my relief, no loose screws causing any bother. The customer support here in the UK was top-notch and the fans keep things nice and peaceful when I'm working in the office. I recently bought an Entry Plus Video Editing Computer with some personalised tweaks after getting advice from a really helpful guy, Sion. I was really impressed with the service and how they made sure the build was just right for me. Ordering my custom-built PC was actually a breeze, didn't face any issues at all. Even though I ordered it during Black Friday and Christmas time, it only took twelve working days for the delivery to arrive, quite impressive really. Got a nice surprise when they upgraded the graphics card at no extra charge because the one I wanted was out of stock. The only little problem was the online progress tracker wasn't always spot on, but all in all, I'm really happy with my purchase.

Faulty motherboard repair
I'm a customer of this company and I recently had a bad experience when my motherboard went faulty. I got in touch with customer service and they said they'd fix it under warranty. So, I sent it back at my cost. But it was so annoying to wait a whole week for them to get it and then say it wasn't covered after all. It was a complete waste of my time and money and I'm really disappointed with the service I received.

I've been a customer of this company since 2020 and I've bought 4 PCs from them. The first two were great, but the third one had some problems like a damaged side panel and missing screws. My most recent order, even though I paid for express build, still hasn't arrived. It looks like the company is having trouble with updates, build time, and delivery options. The customer service has been pretty good, especially Mr Sion Roberts, but it's a bit annoying to have to keep chasing things up. Overall, the company is alright, but there are definitely some areas they could improve on.

After getting my laptop from the company, I had a problem within 6 months of using it. It was really hard to sort out because the company's communication was terrible. They took ages to get back to me, which was really annoying. I recommend that people test their product properly when they first get it and think about getting extra warranty because I don't trust the company's laptops anymore.

My computer needed fixing while it was still under warranty, and the service we got was really excellent. They always picked up the phone straight away, and any emails I sent were answered quickly. I really can't find any faults with the service, and I couldn't have asked for more. Thanks a lot for the outstanding service.

Oh my goodness, the computer I received was absolutely amazing! It arrived really quickly and was exactly what I wanted. The packaging was really well done as well. It's incredibly fast and quiet, like a ninja! I would definitely order from them again, no question about it!
Two laptops for different roles
I got two laptops from this company not long ago, and one of them had an issue where the sound kept cutting out. At first, I thought it might be a software problem, but the support team at Punch (Laptops Direct sent me to them) stuck with me and put in a lot of effort to sort it out. It wasn't easy, but they finally managed to fix the problem and get everything running smoothly.
