they swapped it away, no drama, which had me thinking they were alright. This time was different. Emails took days to be answered and each reply felt like a copy‑and‑paste script telling me to try obvious fixes I'd already done. I even sent the purchase proof and working link, but they kept saying they couldn't open it. I was getting sceptical, thinking they were making excuses not to replace it. After a bit of nagging, though, someone finally checked and sorted replacement — slow, yes, irritating, yes, but in the end I got what I needed. I'll be more careful next time, but at least the product helps my nightly aches now.
Works well, but support is shoddy

Felt like they were stretching for reasons not to replace it. So the product itself does the job when it's okay, but durability and the customer support let it down badly. Won't risk another purchase unless they sort out their service. Honestly, that's my experience.

It runs on two AA batteries, simple as that, no faff with charging cables. The little storage pouch is basic but handy for trips. Service from the company impressed me earlier with a prompt, helpful reply about another product, so I wasn't surprised they followed through here. There's nothing revolutionary, but it does the job exactly when you need it and saves a salon visit now and then. If you want something that behaves like a pro tool at home, this is it — just wish the guidance booklet had a bit more detail. Overall, pleased and will keep using it.
