Really pleased overall; my sister pointed me towards Polo after finding a jacket there herself. I first popped in for menswear, then realised the women’s and children’s bits are in separate buildings. A tad faffy when buying for everyone, admittedly, but the clothes felt good quality and the choice was solid. I’d happily go back.
Ring-shopping toast done right
We popped in after finally sorting my engagement ring, and honestly the staff made the evening. I’d had a rubbish week of back-and-forth appointments, so it was nice to just relax. Joe was friendly and easy to chat to. Service took a little while at first, but the drinks and atmosphere were spot on.
Not worth the bill
A colleague mentioned this place, so I gave it a go after work. The food was fairly bland and nothing felt particularly fresh. What stood out more was how dismissive the staff were. The room itself was fine, just very generic. Left feeling a bit annoyed, mainly because the price suggested better.
Better than expected
Honestly, I expected a faff after some poor deliveries from other places, but this was spot on. My order arrived when they said it would, still properly packed and fresh. I had one quick question beforehand and customer service replied without the usual copy-and-paste nonsense. Pleasantly surprised, really.
Finally found the right fit
After a rubbish experience getting shirts that never fitted properly elsewhere, I was a bit wary. The moment Eric brought out the right size and colour, I knew we’d come to the right place. He didn’t rush us, explained the fit clearly, and the whole visit felt easy. The welcome was lovely too.
Dinner-party rescue
I popped in feeling a bit clueless about what to wear, honestly. Trina had a proper chat with me and made trying things on feel easy, not awkward at all. Came away with a satin shirt and cable knit that feel lovely on. Very glad I went back.
