Oxford corner sofa set with armchair
The furniture we got from this company is really top quality, we're well chuffed with it. Only little hiccup was the delivery arriving late, which was a bit of a shame as we weren't told about the delay. But on the bright side, they did manage to rearrange and we were the first stop the following week, so that worked out well for us. Talking to David at Rattan Furniture Fairy was dead easy and smooth, made the whole thing a breeze for us.
Wedding furniture garden set.
I placed an order for our furniture back in March, with the delivery scheduled for middle May, just in time for my daughter's wedding in our garden. However, as the delivery date approached, I heard nothing from the company. After trying to call them multiple times and receiving no response, I resorted to sending an email, only to receive a brief reply stating that the delivery was now delayed until June.
When June came and went, with no update from the company, I reached out again, only to be informed that the new delivery date was now in July. After that date also passed without any contact, I contacted them once more to get a new delivery date. It was a frustrating experience, as there seemed to be a lack of communication on the company's part.
Despite understanding that there may have been delivery issues, I would have appreciated regular updates on the progress. Instead, I began to worry that it might be a scam, especially given the money I had paid in March. When I did manage to get in touch with the company, the responses were short and lacked any apology.
When the delivery was finally arranged, I was asked to choose a day that worked for me, which I did. However, the company later changed the delivery date without consulting us, which was inconvenient. The goods eventually arrived in good condition, but I was left disappointed by the poor customer service. It's unlikely that I would use this company again in the future.Outdoor furniture purchase
The garden furniture we bought from this company was brilliant, we were so impressed with how good it looked and the quality. But we did have a bit of a problem with two pieces when they arrived. Despite this little hiccup, David from customer service was really helpful and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. He organised for the faulty pieces to be swapped without any hassle, which was a relief. All in all, we were happy with how it was dealt with and thankful for the excellent customer service.
Large outdoor dining set with armchair
Me and my family were after a fancy outdoor furniture set, and we came across the perfect one online. We placed our order and David kept us posted on its delivery progress. When the furniture arrived, it was even more impressive in person. The Banana Parasol was a bit delayed, but no worries there. The delivery team were fantastic and the tracking was spot on. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase and would definitely suggest this company to all my friends and family.

I placed an order for this item back in March and David kept me updated on the status the whole way. Despite a few hiccups with Covid causing a slight delay in delivery, I'm really chuffed with my purchase. The set finally arrived on 18/05/21 and let me tell you, it was well worth the wait. The furniture is top-notch quality and has really brought a touch of class to my outdoor area. I reckon this product is a winner for anyone after some stylish and sturdy outdoor furniture. I couldn't recommend it enough!
