Outdoor furniture with rain cover
I must say, I was really pleased with what I bought from this place. The garden furniture I got was easy to put together and looked just like it did on their website. And that rain cover has been a real lifesaver with the unpredictable weather we've been having! I definitely suggest adding it to your order.

Granny loved sitting in the garden in the evening time. We discovered he always complained of back pain after the evening relaxation. Garden furniture set
I just bought a garden furniture set from this store and I'm so pleased with it. It came quickly, was easy to put together, and looks fantastic in my garden. The quality is really good and I couldn't be happier. The only small issue was that the cover was delivered separately and came later than the furniture, so I would suggest waiting for the cover before assembling everything, especially with the unreliable weather we have in the UK! Outdoor sofa set
The delivery was pretty quick, and the items turned up in two shipments just like they said. Putting the sofa together was easy enough, thanks to the clear instructions. The quality of the sofa set is actually not bad, especially for the price. One thing I'd suggest when putting it together is to use a proper screwdriver or an electric one with a hex head, as the allen key they give you can be a bit fiddly. All in all, I'm pleased with my buy and would say it's worth recommending to anyone else.

I recently bought a set of outdoor furniture from RattanTree and I must say I was pretty chuffed with how fast it arrived. However, when I opened the package, I realised the cover was missing. I got in touch with customer service and they were quick to respond, promising to send the cover as soon as possible. And true to their word, it arrived just a few days later. All in all, I'm happy with the product and the great customer service I received.
5-piece garden furniture
I bought a 5-piece garden furniture set from this place and it turned out to be a complete disaster! Firstly, the delivery was a nightmare. Some parts were missing and it took ages to get my order. The customer service was no help either - they were useless and I had to keep bugging them for answers. And when my furniture finally arrived, it was terrible! It's poorly made and I don't think it will last more than a year or two. On top of that, the cover I ordered for the furniture is way too big! What a waste of money!
Three-box chair purchase
I bought some chairs from RattanTree recently and I'm really happy with them. They came in three boxes, which was a bit of a surprise, but I thought the way they were packed was good. Putting the chairs together was pretty easy, but I'd suggest not tightening all the bolts at once so everything fits well. They even gave a drill with an Allen key bit, which I thought was a nice extra. The chairs are really well made and the quality is great. Really pleased with my purchase.

Garden furniture set purchase
I recently bought a 4 piece garden furniture set, and when it arrived, it had no screws or fixings, which was a bit annoying. It took a week for the right fixings to be sent, but the customer service response was nice and helpful. However, the emails seemed to be from a different time zone, maybe not a local address. Putting the furniture together was ok, but I'm worried about the glass table top not being very stable, as it only sits on four suckers and is not very secure. The cushions are a bit thin, but for the price I paid, they're alright and provide decent comfort. I paid extra for a cover, but it doesn't fit snugly, so rain pools on it and it might flap in strong winds.

Oh my goodness, we had some new furniture delivered and it was amazing quality! The delivery driver was really lovely and helped us carry the boxes all the way to the back garden. The only bummer was that we had to put it together ourselves, and let me tell you, it was quite a challenge for us old folks!

I recently bought something and it arrived quickly in good condition. It was easy to put together and seems to be good quality when I checked it out. I've already got it set up, but I'll keep it in my shed for now until the weather gets better. I think this company is great and would definitely suggest it to other people.

Even though one of the boxes was damaged when it arrived, the stuff inside was all fine and well-protected.

When I chased it up, they said there was an issue with the refund process and I'd have to wait another 10 days. It's been a frustrating and time-consuming experience overall.

Recliner set
I was really disappointed with the delivery of my recliner set. The box was way too big, so it got delayed and a different courier had to bring it. When it finally arrived, the box was in a right state - I was worried about the stuff inside being damaged. But, surprisingly, the recliners were fine. However, I'm not too impressed with the quality and how sturdy the set is. I don't reckon they'll last more than a couple of summers.
