vanished. No tracking updates after the shipping window, so I chased them and was told it was probably lost. Eventually a refund appeared, but only after I pushed and waited well past their advertised 4–8 business days. That did calm my immediate worry — money back, job done — but it didn’t rebuild any trust. Still, I needed shoes for gym and everyday wear, so I tried again, this time adding the suggested insurance because why not. Second order: radio silence on shipment, no tracking, and when I asked to cancel because I’d lost confidence, they refused. Said cancellations aren’t allowed once placed, even if nothing has shipped. That was the point where scepticism turned into irritation. In practice I’m using the shoes for five or six runs a week and the trainers themselves are fine — comfortable, hold up on wet pavements — which is the only part that went well. My doubts before buying were about the logistics and support; one worry was resolved (refund), another isn’t (no cancellation, poor communication). The support team only reacted when prompted and took a defensive line about policies rather than fixing things. For daily life they’re useful shoes, but the whole experience felt like I was shouldering all the risk. I’ll think twice before ordering from them again and probably look elsewhere next time.
Good shoes, awful handling
I ordered trainers for a trip, they were the ones I wanted, and at first the chat person was annoyingly quick to reply — like proper rapid, within ten minutes. Then I asked for the order to be cancelled because it hadn't shipped after five business days and I needed them before I left. Suddenly silence. Proper radio silence for days. When they did reply, they said it couldn't be cancelled because it was already in the warehouse, even though I still hadn't had a shipping notice. I called, left a message, got told the cancellation had been done; no confirmation email arrived, so I emailed again a few times explaining I'd be away and worried about parcels left on my doorstep. No replies. Then, miraculously, a week later I got the shipping email — so it shipped after all.
I will say one thing: the trainers themselves are fine, exactly what I ordered, and in the end they did arrive. So I'm a bit relieved about that. But the way the support flipped from VERY responsive to completely absent the moment I asked for a refund was maddening, and the lack of clear confirmation just made the whole thing stressful. If you're ordering something time-sensitive from them, don't rely on quick replies continuing if you want to change the order. My advice: follow up with calls and screenshots, and be prepared for a fight. Still glad the shoes turned up, but honestly I won't risk that again.
