calm voice, no faff. She checked, said the cushion was sold separately and would pop one in the post. No charge. I remember that moment clearly, that small thrill when you think “blimey, that actually worked.” I’d already started using the mask a few nights before and liked how it felt, but this customer service bit sealed it for me. Delivery arrived quickly too. It’s rare these days to get decent service without extra fees. Will I use them again? Yep. Not perfect, but honest people and a proper turn-up when it mattered. Made the whole thing feel easy, and that’s worth a lot.
Almost there — then not quite
I remember sitting at the kitchen table with a cuppa, measuring my face like a prat — bridge of the nose to chin, all very scientific — because their guide insisted I needed a large. Odd, because I’ve never had a large mask in my life. Still, I followed the chart, ordered the large and shrugged. When the parcel arrived I thought “huh, that does look big,” but I measured it properly and it matched the numbers on their site, so I opened it, tried it on and… well, it was massive. Like, could-have-housed-a-teacup massive. No amount of fiddling made it sit right.
