Went in not expecting much, but the moment they handed me both kids' phones sorted and showed me how everything worked I knew I'd struck gold. The lass on the counter, tattoos and all, was calm and genuinely helpful — proper old-school service. We've had hassle at big chains before, so I'm really glad this family shop delivers.
