Ordering was ok delivery pants, as said by earlier reviewers. Ordered March 2021 delivery estimated August, then a few weeks later delivery would be July, hurrah. Then moved to September, boo. Several live chat sessions later each time expected dispatch Friday of that week now after a phone call last Monday 11th Oct 21 it will be dispatched Friday 8th Oct, as of yet no e-mail to say it has been dispatched, should I hold my breath? I think not. Other reviews giving excellent delivery are like a kick in the teeth,

I don't know. It still hasn't arrived.
Ordered in March.
Told May delivery. No sign of it.
Then told June. They July. Then told September.
At last told for dispatch 1/10/21.
Guess what... It still not ready.
Latest call today- it might be ready 08/10/21 but reading between the lines, it probably won't be.Ribble endurance sle ultegra
I've had a ribble endurance sle ultegra now for 10 months, well 6 months physically with me. It's been back with ribble now for the 3rd time... 4th if you include the defective back wheel. The speed sensor error 33 has been a consistent fault throughout. First it had a "firmware" update... which I found strange as it was brand new... next it had... well I never got told what it had as they wont tell me. Then the rear motor went. Then it packed up 3rd December with the same fault speed sensor error 33. It's been with them since 10th Dec and took till 21st Dec for them to tell me it had arrived even though I'd sent many messages. I then received one message saying they will be speaking with ebike motion to resolve the issue but didnt tell me what they had been doing with it for 10 days. On the same day I had another email saying parts had been picked to fix it and it will be with a technician shortly to be sent back to me. Then today 29th Dec i receive a message saying eike motion have to log into my bike to find all the error codes. Needless to say itll be with ribble over a month before I get it back. In almost a year... I'll have had it maybe 7 to 8 months... 6 of those when it worked fine wrll on and off. The bike is lovely to ride and lovely to look at. It's just the lack of confidence now to go out on any decent rides. I set out on a 40miler... 20 miles from home it packed up. For someone who has bad knees through years of cycling and needs an ebike to keep doing what I love... just dare not go far now. Just feel really let down by the company and just to make things worse... never once have they apologised for the faulty product. It's been returned with a crack to the iwoc button, ripped bar tape and crack to the plastic panel under the BB. These were replaced the 2nd time it went in but I did my own bar tape. They apologise for long wait times for getting back to me but never say sorry you've spent a hell of a lot of money on a bike that doesn't work properly. Ive asked to be put through to a manager or supervisor but wont happen. In a time when we really need to be supporting local business, this just goes against it. Really really disappointed.
Hybrid Al fully loaded edition
Unfortunately if Ribble were as good at sorting out my order as they are bombarding me with emails regarding their latest and greatest bikes I would be Very happy, unfortunately they don't.
CGR GRAVEL E BIKE
Brilliant bike, delivery was delayed but in the current climate it's to be expected. The staff were first class and answered my questions honestly and promptly, the bike arrived about two weeks earlier than the date they said complete with fifty pounds complemented for any inconvenience. Don't let a few dissatisfied customers put you off, be patient their product is worth the small delay. John.
Ribble SLe
A prime example of a company driven by marketing and sales with little to support both aspirations. At a guess I would suggest that this company is aiming to launch publicly and/or sell out by driving their order book up. Their customer services agents routinely lie. Their job appears to be to support the sales and marketing rather than the construction and delivery of bikes. The situation has become worse during covid however their reputation was plummeting long before. This company is notnthe one that has 100 year history. That was sold some years ago. Save yourself months of angst during which this company will obfuscate and lie to you. Oh, and don’t believe the hype on their website which states that they will keep you i formed of progress of your bike. They won’t. Shop elsewhere for peace of mind.
My review. I should , of corse, have ticked that I wouldn’t buy there again.
One of the great options out there for purchasing bikes
I am not an athlete but I like to like that. I highly prescribe cycling to all of my patients and all people I meet. Not just that I am also interested in cycling and doing bike racing and all. So I know pretty well about them. One of the best of few options, very few I cam to know where one can buy bikes without giving a thought, is Ribble.
Especially if you are new buyer, it is the best. They will guide you through, let you know about all specifcation. All kind of bikes and bicycles, for different priorities, purposes and categories.Tom, don't you work for Ribble?
