I bought this as a wholesaler and had the bottle on my mind for months. The juice itself is decent — bright flavour and a smooth throat hit; it blends and vapes nicely. Trouble is the company. I paid, then waited and waited. Replies to my emails are infrequent and usually tell me to wait longer. They openly say orders weren't shipped, but still won't refund. Oddly, I can see the same items on US distributor sites, yet they insist there’s no stock. I've had better service elsewhere, where at least refunds or alternatives were offered. So yes, the product works, but the business side is sloppy and frustrating. I've chased them many times; it eats time and patience. Not what I'd expect from a manufacturer.
Mostly good vape, dodgy stock
I wasn't expecting to get emotional about a vape, honestly. Needed something to stop smoking after years of fags and this kit actually helped. The juice tastes clean, decent flavour without being sugary, and the throat hit is just right for me. Coils last better than I thought too, so it's been easy to stick with it day to day. It's simple to use, no faff, slips in my pocket and gives a reliable puff when I want one. That said, their marketing is annoying — loads of emails shouting "stock up" while things are sold out, and I ended up shopping elsewhere a couple of times. So overall I'm glad it worked for quitting, genuinely thankful, but a little fed up with the availability and the hype. They could sort that and I'd be a happier repeat buyer.
Small shop feel, big delivery
I wasn’t expecting a hand-written note in the parcel, so that was a nice surprise. I started ordering from Riot in late 2022 after trying a few bits from another site. At first it was curiosity. Now it’s habit. The Connex reusable kit is clever. Changing cartridges is straightforward. One tip — swap the cartridge when the flavour starts to fade, otherwise you get that slightly burnt taste. Not rocket science, but worth saying.
