BP3 battery pack for radio purchase
I recently bought a battery pack for my radio and I'm pretty happy with it. The price was good and it even came with free delivery, which was a nice surprise. Installing the battery pack was a breeze and it gives me hours of power once it's charged up. But, let me tell you about the setup process for my radio – it wasn't great. Even though the radio itself is fab and I love having Amazon Alexa on there, setting it up was a bit of a nightmare because the instructions were a bit lacking. It was a pain having to search for the Roberts Radio App on Google Play just to get everything online. It would've been much easier if they just had a link to download it on their website. On the other hand, setting up my Polk React soundbar, which also has Amazon Alexa, was a piece of cake – just plug and play. Despite the initial hiccups, now that everything's set up, the radio sounds amazing and it's really user-friendly.
Radio gift
I was so thrilled when I received this amazing radio as a gift back in 2011/2012 when I first moved into my home. It was just the best, played all the tunes for my mini parties. The warm and lovely sound it produced was absolutely top-notch!
Fast forward to 2022, I returned to the UK after a long time away and decided to give my old radio another go. Unfortunately, it didn't work. I felt pretty down about it. But, when I reached out to customer service, they were absolutely fantastic. I sent the radio in for a check-up and they ended up sending me a brand new updated version (RD70) in the exact same colour. It was such a breeze!

Reliable, long-lasting radio
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years now and I've always been impressed by the quality and durability of their radios. Over the decades, I've had a few radios from them and they've only stopped working because of my own mistakes. For instance, one time I found a radio still playing in the rain in my garden after a gardening session, and another time I had to replace one because I accidentally broke the aerial off. My most recent purchase is a DAB radio, which was so easy to set up. I just turned it on and it found all the stations in my area automatically. I haven't tried out all the features like bluetooth yet, but so far it's working perfectly for what I need.

Small Radio for tinnitus relief
I got this small radio to help me sleep better due to my tinnitus. It's so convenient and fits perfectly on my bedside table. The sound quality is really impressive, and I like that I can easily listen to my favourite stations. What's also cool is that I can use headphones with it, so I don't wake anyone else up. Sensational sound but lacking durability
The radio sounds amazing, exactly what I wanted. But, I'm really disappointed because the wire connection is weak and easily breaks. Loads of people have mentioned this problem for ages, so why hasn't the company done anything about it? It's annoying to buy something and then it breaks because of a problem they know about but haven't fixed.
