I am telling you part master saved my bank account to get broke so many times. Its difiiuclt to changed things just because the one part is refused to work. Last week, my doors got jammed and that happens because of the knob. I was kinda running over the budget, so it was not a time to get detail reparing. However, i bought things from here and its good . I am good, my door is good and my bank is good.
Be advised that I have just been informed by Partsmaster that parts that I require to repair a Logic brand Washer dryer purchased 18 months ago are NOT available making the product effectively obsolete. It is disgraceful that this product can be sold without sufficient parts back up after such a short period of time. To add insult to injury the service department response to quries is APPALLING and if posible I would rate this company minus 5

I bought something from Currys Partmaster recently and I was a bit disappointed because their website didn't have all the info I needed to figure out which parts to get. So when I contacted customer service, they gave me the wrong part numbers at first. It took a bit of going back and forth, but I ended up having to give them a list of possible part numbers to help them find the right one I needed in the end.

Oven parts
I recently ordered some oven parts, but they really messed up the order. Firstly, they only sent me 3 out of the 4 clips I needed. Recent online purchase experience
I recently bought something online and even though it arrived quickly, I had a really tough time trying to return it. I tried four times but couldn't fill out the return form online, I also filled out two enquiry forms and had two live chats, but it didn't help. Finally, a guy named Mohammed sorted it out. But it's been two weeks already and the item won't be collected for another week. Mohammed said the refund will come 3-5 days after they collect it. Not having a phone line for customer service is just silly, especially when the website isn't great either. Overall, I'm not happy with how the return went and won't use this service again.
