I wouldn't trust them. It felt like a dodgy site and I only got £7 taken, which is annoying but not the end of the world. Their Google listing shouldn't fool people. If they're linked to a known retailer, I'd avoid that one too.
Emails but no part
Not impressed — cancelled after months. I ordered a part after a workmate had recommended their site; they kept emailing weekly saying it was delayed and 'back soon', which oddly gave me hope. Then today it was cancelled. Strange handling, poor outcome, felt let down.
Not worth the faff
Won't be ordering from them again. Needed a replacement part for my washing machine after a move, so I was stuck without it. Kept chasing since August, chat cut me off and they kept saying 'possibly mid-December'. It finally turned up and actually works, but what a palaver.
That small relief
I was ready to write them off. Ordered a soundbar mains plug and only got half the bits, and at first no replies — emailed three times, silence. Then finally someone answered, sent the missing part and a quick apology; that’s when I relaxed. Been burnt before, so glad it was sorted.
Slick site, no service
five weeks later no parcel, no phone number, emails ignored and my £60 gone. Oddly, I usually have good luck with other suppliers, so I was genuinely surprised by the poor follow-up.
Nearly conned, kettle saved
Was half convinced I'd been conned — I’d read the horror stories. Ordered a replacement boiler part for my old kettle because I use it every morning, so stakes were high. It arrived, I nervously fitted it (me and a screwdriver), and when the kettle purred back to life that morning I laughed. Still wary, but pleased, — result for daily use.
Slow delivery, but the part's fine
I needed the replacement part for my kettle, use it every morning, and it was the right one which was a relief. Delivery was a pain though — 11 days to turn up with a bank holiday in the middle and the tracking barely said anything useful. Couldn't find an easy way to contact anyone, which was annoying. Oddly it arrived surprisingly intact and works well.
Relief after the swap
I needed a replacement part fast after my van failed two days before a job. It was stressful. The first parcel turned up damaged, which annoyed me, but they arranged a swap the same afternoon. That was the moment I was actually satisfied — when a working unit arrived and fitted straight on first try. Not perfect, some delays on replies, but it solved the problem and I was relieved in the end.
Dodgy start, decent human at the end
I really hesitated after reading the scary reviews, I mean I needed a Samsung drum paddle for a broken washer so bad I almost ordered from eBay. I paid, no confirmation, nothing arrived. Filling their form got “out of stock” and a link to pay again — bizarre. Kept my cool, phoned them and, annoyingly, one lovely agent actually chased a refund and sent a temporary fix. So still worried, but slightly less.
Nearly gave up, then
Right, so I ordered a spare part weeks ago and at first it was a mess — wrong item arrived, no answer on the phone and the chat was dead. I filled the return form and waited for DPD collection twice, nothing. The moment I knew I was satisfied was when the third collection actually happened and a refund popped up, a nice surprise after all the silence. Not perfect, but glad it eventually got sorted.
Refund eventually, not impressed
Bought a replacement filter for the kettle at the end of May because I make tea every morning. Payment left my account straight away but nothing turned up for weeks, so I chased them. They said it wouldn’t be available until late October so I cancelled. The moment I felt satisfied was when the refund landed — relief to buy another and get back to normal.
Nearly gave up, then it actually worked
no emails, useless tracking, radio silence for ages. Then, oddly, a week late, a parcel turned up and the filter fit perfectly. I was sceptical until I poured a cup and it tasted cleaner, kettle quieter — that was the moment I felt properly satisfied. Still, the communication needs a lot of work.
Quietly frustrated
I ordered a replacement part a couple of weeks ago and at first I thought it looked promising, but that didn’t last. The parcel took longer than expected and when I opened it the main component was dead — no clear spec sheet or useful detail on the part either. I tried the online chat but the person there seemed clueless and gave instructions that didn’t match the website. Returns are a mess, emails go unanswered and there’s no phone number. Honestly I’m annoyed and will probably go for a chargeback.
Used to be reliable, now a faff
I was on a tea break when I ordered a couple of bits — same place I've used before so I didn't think twice. The site showed items as in stock but they were actually on backorder, and once I'd paid there was no chance to check other suppliers. Contact is only via a web form (even for business accounts) so I had to send three chaser emails over a week before hearing back. I asked for a refund; it was slow to start but, surprisingly, they did refund quicker than I expected.
Nearly gave up, then things turned round
regular updates, no disappearing acts, just clear steps and follow-ups. It isn’t magic and there were a couple of slow patches, but overall they delivered on what they said. I’m relieved more than anything. Would I use them again? Possibly — cautiously — and I’d tell others to do their homework but not to dismiss reputable recovery services out of hand.
Not smooth, but they answer the phone
The parcel sat on the mat on a wet Tuesday. I only started using the product a week after ordering, after returns. First delivery had a broken part, so that was sent back. The replacement turned up intact but was the wrong model, so that also went back. Delivery has been the weakest link. Customer service has been decent. A polite chap rang today to explain the warehouse had dispatched the wrong item and said he'd check stock and ring back. I was sceptical at first, after two mistakes, but that phone call made me feel they're trying to sort it. We'll see.
Not helpful, but one photo helped
poor contact and slow replies, so don't expect a quick answer. Phone? They're still not taking calls (Covid, Sept 2022) so no luck. The online contact form returned an "undeliverable" error. The online chat was worse. I was number one in the queue but it took ten minutes before "Vicki Said" acknowledged me. I gave the stock number and waited, and waited. I even tried twice on different days with the same result. After about fifteen minutes I gave up. Oddly, one product photo actually showed the dimension I needed, so that was useful.
My suction cup phone holder
I recently purchased a phone holder and I'm really pleased with it. Ordering online was a breeze, and it arrived in no time at all. The delivery was quick, and the packaging kept everything safe from damage. I'm very satisfied with my buy and will definitely use this website again in the future.
Something cool for my computer
It was brilliant, mate! I found exactly what I was looking for and it arrived really fast. Also, it was cheaper than anywhere else!
New filter for Bosch washer
I needed a new filter for my Bosch washing machine because the old one got broken when I was trying to take it out. I managed to find the part number and ordered it from this website. It arrived really quickly and was packaged really nicely. Luckily, it fit perfectly in my washing machine. The service was fantastic and I'm really pleased with my purchase!
