Web site information lacking
I bought something from Currys Partmaster recently and I was a bit disappointed because their website didn't have all the info I needed to figure out which parts to get. So when I contacted customer service, they gave me the wrong part numbers at first. It took a bit of going back and forth, but I ended up having to give them a list of possible part numbers to help them find the right one I needed in the end.

I ended up having to contact Belling directly to get the correct part. And now, trying to get a refund from them has become a complete nightmare. Their customer service is absolutely terrible!

I bought a part from this company recently and I'm pleased to say they actually had the part I needed. They also gave me enough info to be pretty sure it was the right one. It was a big relief for me because I'd bought the wrong part twice from other places due to bad advice. The only downside was the hassle of import duty to Ireland, which made things a bit tricky. But it's been two weeks already and the item won't be collected for another week. Mohammed said the refund will come 3-5 days after they collect it. Not having a phone line for customer service is just silly, especially when the website isn't great either. Overall, I'm not happy with how the return went and won't use this service again.

Beware of Partmaster- avoid if at all possible! This company must be a scam.
I ordered a new filter for my kettle. That was back in the beginning of February. I have had no communication from this company. Plus there is no way I can contact them. Even their online delivery tracking system does not work. Partmaster is either a joke or a scam. Save your money and buy from someone else. It is a shame that Partmaster is affiliated with Curry’s.
