Halfway through fitting the new units I found a different handle would work better, and swapping it was dead easy — the advisor on the phone sorted it and rebooked delivery without faff. The surfaces feel solid, the drawers glide nicely (that little smoothness makes morning routines calmer), and the bits look like they’ll last. Delivery team were friendly, on time, careful with the flooring. Properly useful, I use it every day.
New flat, same old chaos
they rang the day before, and again on the morning with a time slot. The two delivery guys were polite, careful with the packaging and checked everything off my list, which saved me faffing later. Price-wise I thought it was fair, not the absolute cheapest but good value for what you get. All in all it made the move less stressful and I’m pleased with how the things work day to day.

Surprise find, actually handy
Halfway through fitting it last Saturday I realised how light and solid it felt — pleasant surprise. I ordered midweek, chose a delivery date two days later, got tracking updates and it turned up early. First impression was "that's proper good", kept smiling while using it and a bit smug, to be honest. Felt like a bargain.
Good job, minor issue
Overall, quite pleased but not perfect. They installed quickly and explained stuff while working, were polite and cleaned up. Small gripe about one corner, otherwise would use them again.
Quick delivery, decent service — small niggles
the order confirmation email took ages to arrive so I was a bit anxious for a few hours, and the price was a touch higher than I expected. Still, the speed and the people won me over. All in all I’ll buy from them again, though I’ll check emails and prices more closely next time.
Large appliance order
My recent experience with the store has been really great. The team got in touch with me quickly to let me know that one of the items I ordered was out of stock with the supplier. They even offered me the choice to get the available item first or wait for both to be in stock. I decided to wait for both items, and I was so happy when they managed to get both parts within a week. The communication was clear and effective the whole time, and it made me feel like a valued customer. Overall, I'm really pleased with the service I got from the store.
Excellent shopping experience and delivery
I had a great time shopping at Sonic Direct. The Sales Executive was really helpful and made the whole experience really enjoyable. The delivery team was brilliant too, they delivered my items carefully and right on time. The product I bought for my house was even better than I expected and it's just what I needed.
Carrying my new TV home
Oh my goodness, the staff at this place were absolutely fantastic! They kindly assisted me in loading my new TV into my car and even provided me with some helpful tips on how to set it up. They were incredibly friendly and had beaming smiles on their faces throughout. I was truly grateful for their assistance and the quick, stress-free service I experienced. I was amazed at how effortlessly I was able to get my new TV home and start watching my favourite shows. I will definitely be returning here for all my electronic needs in the future!
Toaster purchase
I've just bought a toaster from this company and it's honestly amazing! Ordering was easy, toasters arrived on time and in great condition. They look really stylish in my kitchen with their gold and fawn colours. The wide slots are great for thick bread, although crumpets can sometimes get stuck. Not a big issue for me though. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again.
