Diamond stud earrings
My experience with the company was amazing. Unfortunately, my first order got lost, but when I got in touch with customer service, they sorted out the issue professionally and quickly. Kitchen worktop and upstands installation
I recently got my new kitchen worktop and upstands put in, covering about 7 metres of worktop and 8 metres of full-height upstands. The materials used were top-notch and the craftsmanship was spot on. The electrical fixtures were done in the right spots, and both the under-top sink and hob look amazing. It only took two skilled fitters about half a day to get everything installed smoothly, and they did it without making any mess or causing disruptions. All in all, I'm really pleased with the service I received from the company, starting from dealing with the sales team all the way to the final installation after the survey.
Got a cool ring
The folks at the shop were lovely and really helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I ended up with exactly what I was looking for. When my ring turned up, it was absolutely beautiful and came in a lovely little box. It arrived exactly when they said it would, which was fantastic. A big thank you to everyone there.

White Moonstone silver ring
I recently treated myself to a gorgeous ring from an online store, and it's absolutely stunning! It's made of white Moonstone and silver, and it was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. When I unwrapped it, I was taken aback by how amazing it looked – way better than I had expected! I had a few queries before making the purchase, so I sent an email to their customer service team. They responded really quickly and were incredibly helpful. However, trying to reach them by phone was a bit of a nightmare, so that's a downside. Despite that, I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again in the future.
Necklace and earrings purchase
I bought a necklace and earrings from the store recently, and I have to say I'm really pleased with the quality. The delivery was quick and the packaging kept my jewellery safe, so they arrived in perfect condition. The craftsmanship of the pieces is clear, and I've received lots of compliments when wearing them. However, I do have to mention that I'm not a fan of the new TV system. I've been having problems with the reception being distorted, and it's hard to understand the sound on some shows. It would be good if this issue could be sorted out for a better viewing experience.

Being someone with bigger ring fingers, I always have a tough time finding jewellery that fits well. Jewellery
I recently bought some jewellery from this company. I was really pleased with the quality of the products. However, I was a bit gutted to find out that their website said first orders would get free gifts, but that wasn't the case. When I contacted customer service, they told me that offer doesn't run anymore because they now ship from Germany. This misleading information definitely put a downer on my shopping experience.
Sparkly earrings
So, I picked up these really cute sparkling earrings from a shopping channel and oh my gosh, it was just amazing! But then I noticed this woman speaking in some strange language and I was thinking, what is this all about? I only speak English, so why is there this prejudice against us Brits? I was really offended, like, they should remove this channel from Sky immediately.
Ruby pendant purchase
I recently bought a gorgeous ruby pendant online and it arrived really quickly at my house in the UK. It was wrapped up really securely in the package, and there was a really cool gemmology book included with it. The quality is fantastic, and the prices are really fair for such lovely items. I will definitely be shopping here again for special occasions!
Oval earrings turned out to be round
I was really looking forward to receiving those oval earrings I ordered online, but when they finally arrived, they were actually round! It was such a letdown. I decided to contact Rocks & Co. since they're known for making their own jewellery, but they didn't seem to be paying much attention to the British market anymore. I used to be a loyal customer, but now I'll have to reconsider before making any future purchases.

My favourite show now in Germany
It was amazing when it was in the UK, but now it's just not the same without the English presenters and Toby Cavill. The customer service isn't as friendly anymore and I feel like I'm being ignored. That's why I now prefer to get my bling from TJC instead.
Jewellery purchase
I bought some jewellery from this company recently, hoping for an easy process and quick delivery. But I was really let down by their lack of response to my emails and the constant engaged tone on their phone line. I paid for the item on the 16th of May 2022, expecting it to arrive within 9 working days. But to my disappointment, nothing happened and I was left waiting with no updates or explanations. Now, I just want a full refund and won't be dealing with them again. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone after what I've been through.
