Unique dress
I recently made my first purchase from an online store and I have to say, I was really impressed! It was so easy from start to finish. Dress for Nephew's wedding
I bought a dress from your store for my Nephew's wedding, but unfortunately there was a fault in the material when I tried it on. The wedding is just two weeks away, so I was really worried. However, I called your customer service line and I was really impressed by the level of help I got. Suzanne, the adviser I spoke to, was so helpful and understanding. She quickly sorted out a replacement dress to be sent to me first class, and it arrived the very next day. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Suzanne for going out of her way to make sure I had a dress in time for the wedding. She's a real credit to your company, and I appreciate the fantastic service she gave me.
Jackets, woollen cardigans
I recently bought some clothes from a specific shop, and although I've generally been happy with their stuff, I was really disappointed with the jackets I got. They fit well, but they arrived all crumpled up, making them look like they'd been chucked around a bit. As someone who cares about quality and attention to detail, this was a big disappointment. On the upside, I was really happy with the long woolly cardigans I got. They were warm, comfy, and just right for those cold evenings. Even though this was a bit of a letdown, I'm still willing to give this shop another go in the future, just making sure to be more careful about what I choose to buy.
Green jersey dress, size petite
I love the green jersey fabric of this dress, it's got little white and pale green hearts all over it. Green is my favourite colour, so I was immediately drawn to it. I usually wear a size 10 on top and 12 on the bottom, and being only 5 foot 2 inches tall, it can be tricky to find clothes that fit nicely and flatter my figure. But this dress from the petite range fits me perfectly. I'm really happy I found this brand and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

I've just made a purchase of 5 items from this store and I must say, I was really impressed with how quickly they arrived. I placed my order in the afternoon on the 1st of June, expecting it to take 3 to 5 days to get to me. But guess what, it showed up on my doorstep the very next morning, on the 2nd of June! The service was absolutely fantastic, and I'm over the moon with both the prices and the products. Now I'm a very happy customer, thanks to them.

I had a bit of a problem with an online order the other day. I used a 25% discount code but it didn't work when I checked out, so I ended up paying the full price on my card. Luckily, the customer service team sorted it out quickly by refunding my original order and placing a new one in just 5 minutes. I was really impressed by how fast they fixed the mistake. I went to Bluewater looking for a dress, but couldn't find one. So then, I decided to head to Roman Originals in Maidstone. When I got there, I tried on some dresses with my partner's help and we received great assistance from Delphine. Next time, I'll skip Bluewater and head straight to Roman Originals.

I bought a dress online recently and was really happy with how it turned out. But the way they handled the pricing wasn't great. Faulty item
I purchased this item from here and it was completely wrong and broken. I left a review expressing my dissatisfaction, but they never posted it on their website. They even charged me £3 to do so! Not cool at all, guys.

My mate suggested I give this place a go and I was really chuffed with what I received. The clobber fit spot on and was top quality. The website was dead easy to navigate and I was kept well in the loop with my order and when it was all set for delivery.
