Jacket purchase
I bought a jacket from this company not long ago, but had some bother when I tried to swap it. I had to wait ages, and then they told me they didn't have the jacket in stock anymore and would give me my money back. It's been four weeks since then, and I still haven't got either the new jacket or my refund. They've not been good at keeping me in the loop and their customer service has been really shoddy. I won't be shopping with them again.
White T-shirt
I bought a white t-shirt from this shop a few weeks back. I was really looking forward to wearing it to a party, but it took absolutely ages to arrive! I sent them heaps of emails asking what was going on, but they never bothered replying. Now I'm not even sure if it's going to show up at all. I'm really let down and annoyed by their customer service. I definitely won't be going back to that shop again!
Fraudulent refund promise
I had a really bad experience with this company when I ordered £250 worth of items, only to find out that £90 of the things were actually out of stock. They said they would refund me in 15 business days, but it's been over a month and a half now and I still haven't got my money back. I've sent them loads of emails and messages, but they just aren't replying at all. Their lack of response is really disappointing and I suggest that everyone avoids dealing with them. I've even had to take the issue to trading standards in the hope of getting my refund and holding them accountable for their dodgy practices. It's a real shame that a company would behave so dishonestly.
Bad overall experience
Clothes arrived damaged and not the material as on website. 2 out of three orders damaged and said it was my fault. So wouldn’t refund. They now have my money and clothes!

Fantastic quality, sizing perfect delivery came when stated only took 3 days would recommend and will certainly shop with Rose London again.

SCAM SCAM SCAMTerrible customer service ordered goods 12th January 2021 still not arrived sent emails requesting delivery update, no response. Then requested refund no response. Going to put it down as a lesson learnt. Don't buy off ads on Facebook
