Had it hovering in the park on a grey afternoon and the phone video kept dropping — proper annoying. The quad itself feels well-built, decent heft and the sticks are smooth, so flying felt steady, but the feed made close manoeuvres nerve-wracking. I got in touch with support; they were calm and helpful rather than vague. After a few checks they thought it might be the controller or a dodgy cable, maybe the drone, and sent a full replacement pack — drone, controller and leads. Started sceptical, ended satisfied, and I’m eyeing the U11 Mini next.
