I recently bought 5 amazing shirts from them - 4 Ready-Made Shorter Length Shirts (with extra alterations to the sleeves and lengths), and 1 Made-to-Measure. Each shirt fits me perfectly and I absolutely love them all. The customer service was exceptional, they assisted me with all my queries and requirements. I needed the shirts urgently by March and they managed to deliver everything right on time. The delivery was really fast and when I needed to return my Made-to-Measure shirt for further alterations, they accepted it without any problems. I am thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be shopping with them again!
Bespoke suit purchase

Oversized Classic Shirts
I recently bought two shirts from this company, with one being a classic style that ended up being way too big. I got in touch with them to see if I could exchange it, and I even made sure to mention it in an email and on the return slip. However, I ended up getting a refund for the shirt instead, but they took off £40 for some reason. I was pretty annoyed about this, especially since I had bought the shirts on sale, so it didn't seem fair to me. On top of that, they also wouldn't refund me for the postage. The whole thing has left me feeling pretty unhappy, and I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again.

I was really disappointed with the shirts I got. They were really thin and not up to the standard I was hoping for. I had to go through the hassle of sending them back, but at least getting a refund was easy. Still, I wasn't happy about being charged a fee for returning such poor quality items, it left a bad taste in my mouth.
