Should really be 0 stars.
The service was poor... and just deteriorated into farce.
If there was a way to not to do it, this was it.
If there was a demonstration of lack of customer care, this was it.
If there was a total lack of empathy ... understanding, this was it.
With many other Garden Centres ... Cafes in the area it's now time to vote with our feet... walk away.
