Not new,but essential products for better cleaning of houses. I have cordless vacuum cleaner from here long back, again second cleaning set up updated from Shark. Delivery was little late this time,but bearable. Exclusively they are into cleaning items,many more options are available,depends on users. Very much advisable.
Rushed my order through last night at half 6. As their clock off for next day delivery is 7pm, obviously needing it for today so far it's not even been dispatched. Spoken to customer service first thing this morning as I hadn't received a dispatch note (via phone) the gentleman was extremely rude, and unhelpful. Asked to cancel my order but because its due to be dispatched they wouldn't allow it. If I knew it wasn't next day I would have ordered through currys and picked it up the same evening! Just spoken to annother gent and he said it now won't get dispatched untill Monday. However still not allowed a refund. What a total joke. I know dpd just leave things in my porch too and my street is renound for post going missing so yeah, my nice £349 hoover someone else is going to enjoy! Cheers for sweet fa shark 👍
Doesn't pick up properly. Leaves awful marks over the carpet - lines. Sometimes green button goes on, sometimes not. Attachments already falling apart. Both buttons jammed. Suction on main operation, does not pick up. It's terrible.
11 months in roller head seizes up ordered new part ... Absolute disgusting service , told next day delivery , then told 2-4 days , then told in a few days out of stock ... now 11 days and on the phone again ... despicable company and service... wont be buying from them again ...
No live chat despite their help page saying they have one. No international calling number - so freephone ends up premium from abroad. Finally managed to someone who told me there is “delays”. I asked what delay, he repeated - irs a delay. Went round this loop 3 times and I lost patience and hung up.
Do not buy from this company. Hoover does not work after 2 months. Phoned 0800 862 0453 during business hours and the message you get back is that they are all on holiday with friends and family and will be back on 2nd January - It's now October.

Hoover head broke 4 months ago so shark sent a new one which was wrong, so they sent another new one which was wrong, then sent a 3rd one which was also wrong! After calling it transpired that the head i need was oos so I agreed to wait 6 weeks for it to come back in to stock, 4 months on still no new head so I call and get told its on the way. 2 weeks later still no new head so I call again and get told oos until November! I requested a replacement hoover instead and got told this was fine as long as I have the box to send it back in, it's been months so I don't have the box or any box large enough to fit it in so I'm still stuck with a hoover not fit for use. I've escalated a complaint 3 times and no one has contacted me. Appalling customer service!
the order system is useless. Paid for a new vacuum outright with next day delivery. More than 24 hours later and my order status says "paid-needs review" what the hell does that mean? I haven't applied for finance so send the item I have paid for!!
After 3 days Hoover stopped working, OK get in touch with customer service well thats where it all goes wrong multiple operators no resolution, Ask to speak to a manager, no call back at 7 days and counting absolutely appalling service as for hoover can't really comment didnt work long enough to decide
Terrible service. I bought a Shark anti hair wrap cleaner yesterday and chose the option to pay in instalments, the whole amount was taken. It is due to be delivered today which would have been a fast delivery. I phoned customer services and was told to cancel the whole thing and wait 3-5 days for a refund. She told me I had to re-order and go through the whole process again. I didn't like her phone manner at all, it was like she couldn't be bothered. No thanks, I will shop elsewhere.
