Amazing customer services. Phoned today as hoover making a horrendous noise when switched on. Called customer services to see how I could fix thw problem. I thought I had filled in the guarantee but hadn't. Not a problem, the service assistant set up my guarantee, videod to see what the problem was and has ordered a new motor unit. All this within 10- 15 minute call. Absolutely delighted with customer service and definitely recommend calling for any advice you may have. Wish Currys Knowhow were as good. Thats another story for another day !!
Hi, I have a cordless shark duoclean. I would like too know how to get the front glass case off so that I can clean it. I have looked on utube, with others you can clip front off but not with the one I have??
We purchased a Shark upright cleaner from Argos in January this year. It is the worst purchase we have ever made in 56 years of married life. It does not work on cord carpeting, I have to push it with 2 hands and all my strength to move it!!!!!

Purchased from Amazon April 2021. Delighted with the performance. However I find it very awkward to handle . It is very heavy with both the battery and the dust capsule at the top of the handle. Arm gets tired and painful. Also because it is top heavy it topples over will not stand upright when you need to pause during cleaning. This design is just not user friendly. All in all extremely disappointing.
Despite the fact their vacuums are great, their customer service is appalling. I placed an order for £1700 11 days ago and made 12 calls to this company. Each time I called i was given bogus information as to the whereabouts of my package.
After 12 days of deceit, I was told today that my order will be cancelled as it is over the value of £500 and more than 2 items, and that a refund will take up to 10 days!! Absolutely disgusted with the way Sharkclean are playing monopoly with people's hard earned money. If that was the case, the website should not have let me order. Also If they processed the refund the first time I called i would not have been so furious right now!
Personally, I would urge you to avoid this company at all cost unless you want to communicate with a bunch of illiterate, ill mannered college drop outs who do not have a gram of customer service in them. The management is careless and never gets back to you. Unbelievably frustrating experience for me, and I will NEVER order from such an unprofessional company again!
I am having the exact same problem ordered my shark sent wrong one called every day for a week still waiting been lied to ant speak to management disgusting company just won't refund but still not picked up the wrong shark hover they sent over a week ago I could go on and on disgraceful they don't deserve a y business

Shark lift away
I purchased a shark lift away with free next day delivery on a Wednesday and received a ninja foodi silicone mould on the Thursday. I immediately contacted the customer service and was told that they had to arrange for the mould to be picked up before they could send me my hoover. And as they couldn't do that until the following week, I would be waiting even longer for my hoover. Yet on their website they say they deliver 7 days a week! So I've cancelled my order, I'm awaiting my refund and temporarily the owner of the world's most expensive silicone bakeware.
Best cleaner I've had, picks up dog hair no problem,even invisible hair and dust, would definitely recommend

Never received them and they took my money. Been waiting over a month and never even got one email. Now I'm out 400 bucks and nothing to show for it. Don't buy from them run.

I definitely would not recommend this product the hoover is very heavy and falls over very easily. The warranty is a load of ... aswell ad my hoover would no longer stand up probably down to falling over while using the hose and shark wanted me to pay for the repair as it seems to be accidental damage even though in my opinion it’s a design fault oh and the hair still gets caught in the brush bars
Shark duo clean
The hoover picks up OK, but it is very heavy, hard to manoeuvre, and the waste container is tiny. The customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. They repeated sent e-mails saying I owed them money, when in fact my payments were on schedule. After I had finished paying for the machine I actually got a letter from a debt management company threatening legal action!! My complaint to Shark about this was never even replied to!! Disgusted!!
Shark upright, lift away with true pet
Rushed my order through last night at half 6. As their clock off for next day delivery is 7pm, obviously needing it for today so far it's not even been dispatched. Spoken to customer service first thing this morning as I hadn't received a dispatch note (via phone) the gentleman was extremely rude, and unhelpful. Asked to cancel my order but because its due to be dispatched they wouldn't allow it. If I knew it wasn't next day I would have ordered through currys and picked it up the same evening! Just spoken to annother gent and he said it now won't get dispatched untill Monday. However still not allowed a refund. What a total joke. I know dpd just leave things in my porch too and my street is renound for post going missing so yeah, my nice £349 hoover someone else is going to enjoy! Cheers for sweet fa shark 👍

Doesn't pick up properly.
Leaves awful marks over the carpet - lines.
Sometimes green button goes on, sometimes not.
Attachments already falling apart.
Both buttons jammed.
Suction on main operation, does not pick up.
11 months in roller head seizes up ordered new part ...
Absolute disgusting service , told next day delivery , then told 2-4 days , then told in a few days out of stock ... now 11 days and on the phone again ... despicable company and service... wont be buying from them again ...
No live chat despite their help page saying they have one.
No international calling number - so freephone ends up premium from abroad.
Finally managed to someone who told me there is “delays”. I asked what delay, he repeated - irs a delay. Went round this loop 3 times and I lost patience and hung up.
Do not buy from this company.
Hoover does not work after 2 months.
Phoned 0800 862 0453 during business hours and the message you get back is that they are all on holiday with friends and family and will be back on 2nd January - It's now October.
Tried chat function - that doesn't work either. I'm livid.

Shark duo clean true pet.
Hoover head broke 4 months ago so shark sent a new one which was wrong, so they sent another new one which was wrong, then sent a 3rd one which was also wrong! After calling it transpired that the head i need was oos so I agreed to wait 6 weeks for it to come back in to stock, 4 months on still no new head so I call and get told its on the way. 2 weeks later still no new head so I call again and get told oos until November! I requested a replacement hoover instead and got told this was fine as long as I have the box to send it back in, it's been months so I don't have the box or any box large enough to fit it in so I'm still stuck with a hoover not fit for use. I've escalated a complaint 3 times and no one has contacted me. Appalling customer service!
I have had exactly the same situation happen to me. I have been waiting 2 weeks now and no one has called me back as I have escalated or responded to my emails.
