    Trustworthy, satisfied, online shopping

    I just want to say that I received most of my order - can you believe it? It's quite surprising, really! I think it's just common sense for a business to give customers what they paid for, but unfortunately, that doesn't always happen nowadays. So, I have to give credit where credit is due, and this place has definitely earned it by being reliable in that regard. I'll definitely be returning for more of that exceptional customer service. Online shopping can be risky, but they have definitely helped to restore some of my trust in it.

    Pain relief medication, flu remedies

    I recently bought pain relief meds and flu remedies from this online pharmacy. Sadly, I had the same problem as the last reviewer - my order never arrived. I eagerly checked the delivery portal and saw it was marked as "delivered" with my name as the receiver. But trust me, no one showed up at my door with the package. It was really disappointing because I really needed the meds for my health issues. Despite contacting the customer support team by email and phone, I didn't get any response or help with my problem. The lack of communication and support was super frustrating, especially after spending so much on the order.

    Payment issue with invoicing

    I had a bit of trouble with this online pharmacy recently. I usually use PayPal to make sure I don't miss any payments. But, I was surprised to get a message from a debt collection agency saying I hadn't paid my last bill. It seems that after my 13th order, they changed the payment method to invoicing without telling me. Now, I'm having to pay double the original price to the collection agency, which I think is really unfair. So, I've had to block this provider and look for somewhere else to shop.

    Prescription and non-prescription medications

    I was really drawn to a "prescription bonus" for prescription medications at first! I sent in 2 private prescriptions, and the bonus was added to my customer account correctly. I made 3 orders on this website for both non-prescription and prescription medications. The order came in, and I used my "credit" to pay for the non-prescription medications. I made a note of this in the transfer as well. -> Legal action was taken!!! (Apart from that, it's important for all private patients to know that the "invoice" you send to the health insurance company is not included in the delivery. You have to download it "online in the customer account" (which is also inconvenient), and then the submitted prescription only comes back later in a separate letter. (I've seen from other online pharmacies) that you get the invoice and a stamped prescription back with the delivery.... Can I give my credit to the host of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?

    Order with missing samples and gift

    I ordered some stuff from Shop-Apotheke and was supposed to get 2 free samples and a gift with it. But when my order showed up, those extras were nowhere to be found. I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, and they told me that they ran out of the samples and gift, even though I definitely had them in my cart when I checked out. I asked them to send me the missing items or give me a refund, but they said no to both. I'm really let down by their customer service and the way they handled this problem.

    I have to admit, this online shop is now my favourite for skincare bits and bobs. I've been shopping with them for a good three years, and they've always come through for me. My usual purchases include La Roche-Posay and Bioderma goodies, and I've always been happy with what I've received. The prices are usually pretty competitive, although not always the cheapest. The best part for me is how quickly they deliver - it's a major bonus. Overall, I'd definitely suggest checking out this shop for all your skincare essentials.

    Unreceived package

    I'm really unhappy with the online store. I ordered over 200 CHF worth of stuff nearly 3 months ago, but I still haven't got it. I've tried contacting customer support loads of times, but they haven't refunded me or sent a new package. Saying they haven't heard back from their logistics team isn't good enough. I think this company is either really unprofessional or maybe even trying to rip off customers.

    As a customer, I was a bit let down by the company using a celebrity to endorse their products in their ads. It just doesn't feel genuine and doesn't really make me trust the brand any more. I much prefer companies that let the quality of what they offer do the talking, rather than relying on famous faces. I won't be giving this company any more of my support.     Wanted to redeem 5 medications via e-prescription

    I fancied picking up 5 prescriptions using the e-prescription system, but they wanted to charge me 5€ for each one plus a bit more for one of them, so I decided to leave it. I inquired about it, and they asked me which specific medications I needed, but once I told them, they went silent. Fortunately, the local pharmacy only charged me for one medication. The Shop-Apotheke also had my GP program details on file.

    I bought an Accutrend plus around 5 weeks back, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The kit only had 3 test strips for a single test, which seemed like a bit much considering the price. So, I decided to send it back using the return label provided by the online pharmacy. However, after nearly 4 weeks, they sent it back to me with no letter or explanation. I followed all the return instructions, so I was pretty disappointed by the company's lack of communication. As a result, I'm sending it back again with a complaint in the hope that they'll sort it out quickly. It's frustrating to come across such unprofessional customer service, especially since trustworthy online pharmacies are hard to come by these days.

    I had a really awful time with Shop-Apotheke. I ordered some medication I needed and it never showed up. When I got in touch with customer service to try and sort it out, they were no help at all, especially Frau Sonja. She didn't want to help me track down my parcel or find a solution. Honestly, the whole thing was so annoying and let me down, so I won't be ordering from them in the future for sure.

    I find Shop-Apotheke to be a really handy and budget-friendly option for buying basic medicines without a prescription. But I've noticed that the prices don't quite match up when you buy a double pack compared to two individual packs in the same order. It would be great if they could sort out this pricing mix-up to make things smoother for customers.

    On a more positive note, they promise fast shipping within 24 hours, and I can vouch for the fact that they deliver on this promise. That's not something you see with many other online pharmacies. Even with the pricing hiccup, I'm happy with the service and the quality of the products that Shop-Apotheke offers.

    Garlic juice at a low price

    I recently bought some garlic juice for a bargain at 5.99 each. I was so excited about the deal that I bought ten bottles! But then, a week later, I got an email asking for a prescription. A prescription for garlic juice? It's just a regular thing you can buy in the shops. Then, they told me my order was cancelled because they didn't have it anymore. But I can still see it on their website for over 7 pounds. Seems a bit dodgy to me. So, I've decided to delete all my details from their site. I don't think that's a very trustworthy way to do business. They could have just asked if I wanted to wait a bit longer for my order. That would have been fair, in my opinion. Oh well, that's that.
