I needed a heavy-duty shredder because we were moving and I had years of bank statements and old files to destroy—long story, previous data slip-up made me extra careful. I ordered what was listed as available, then got an email saying they'd actually sold the demo model and could sell me the same machine but at a higher price. I was sceptical (felt a bit like a cheeky upsell) and nearly cancelled, but the team were surprisingly efficient with the refund/replace option and delivery was quicker than I feared. Not perfect — the stock message was misleading — but in the end the machine works well and it's done the job. Bit annoyed, yet relieved.
