you have to pay and print your own label. The site models are tiny and they don't do many plus sizes, so bear that in mind. Not perfect, but wearable if you size up.
Tiny-and-huge odyssey
I’m oddly pleased in the end, but getting there was a proper palaver. I first saw the pieces on Instagram — a mate sent the link — and tried three dresses and a jumper. Sizes were mad, all marked medium yet one massive and one tiny. I kept a dress and the jumper, sent the other two back early January. Customer service went quiet for ages, like crickets, and I chased them a few times. Eventually the refund arrived, so slightly chuffed, still annoyed.
Unexpectedly handy delivery
a tiny sample tucked in the box, which I wasn't expecting and I liked that. So delivery and the products themselves were top-notch, service needs work. Overall I'm happy with what turned up, but I'd like clearer communication next time.
Almost gave up, then a human actually sorted it
the person who finally dealt with it was helpful and fixed things. So, mixed experience — frustrating at first, but resolved in the end.

Delivery was delayed because of a snow hit, which was annoying, but they messaged me proactively and explained what was happening. So the delay didn’t turn into a headache. It isn’t perfect — the hem needed a small tweak and there’s a tiny loose thread — but those are easy fixes and don’t spoil the piece. Overall I’m glad I bought it. Would I buy from them again? Yes, but I’ll double-check measurements next time rather than guessing.
