Great product, excellent customer service, expensive import charges
I recently bought something from this company and had a bit of a mixed experience. The product I got was really good quality, so I gave it a 5-star rating. Customer service was also quick and professional in responding to my questions. But I was a bit let down when I found out that I had to pay extra for import charges on top of the purchase price. This came as a surprise and added unexpected costs. When I got in touch with customer service about this issue, they told me I either had to pay the tax to keep the item or send it back for a refund. I felt a bit frustrated as a customer because I wasn't told about this extra cost before I placed my order.
Eye bag solution
Oh my goodness, guys, Skin Bunny is absolutely incredible! I used to have these really annoying eye bags that made me look like a tired zombie, but since using this product, they have completely disappeared! I honestly can't go anywhere now without putting on some Skin Bunny. It really does exactly what it promises. I bought the Skin Bunny eye cream not too long ago, expecting to get it in 2 days like they promised on their website. I made sure to go for the bigger size with 200 applications instead of the usual 100 since I was looking forward to having it ready before my holiday. But that excitement didn't last long because I ended up getting an email saying they're out of stock until the 1st of May. It was a real let-down to not know about the stock issue sooner, it made me feel like the company didn't keep their word. It was my first time ordering from them so it wasn't a great start.

I bought an undereye enhancer from this company hoping it would help with my under eye bags, but sadly it didn't work as well as I had hoped. Even though they said there was a 30-day money-back guarantee, they haven't responded to my requests for a refund. I'm really disappointed and annoyed with their terrible customer service, so I won't be suggesting this company to anyone.

This product really disappointed me. I was really hoping it would work well this time, but it just left a strange film on my skin and didn't make any difference at all. I followed the instructions exactly, but unfortunately, it was a total waste of money.

It's been more than a week since I placed my order, but I haven't received any updates on my delivery. I have a tracking number from Evri, but whenever I check it, it just says the delivery is not confirmed. I've emailed Skinbunny a few times, but they haven't responded or even acknowledged my messages. I even tried to cancel my order because of the lack of communication, but the company hasn't replied. I'm really disappointed with this poor and unprofessional customer service.
Skincare products usage
I absolutely love this skincare range! The vitamin c serum and duo hyaluronic acid moisturiser are my must-haves in the morning, and the night oil and long-lasting moisturiser do wonders overnight. My skin is so soft, and I've actually seen my wrinkles decrease. The facial and under eye products are fantastic for firming my skin and getting rid of those annoying under eye bags quickly!

I bought some skin cream from this company and tried it out for a day. Sadly, it didn't go well as my eyes got all swollen and I ended up with red marks and even saggy bags under them. I've used plenty of skincare products before, but this one gave me a totally bad reaction.
