I started fitting them last weekend, bit of a slow afternoon job. Ordering online was straightforward, and they emailed delivery updates. Two pieces arrived wrong — I spoke to John Phillips who sorted it straight away. Replacements turned up quickly and were fine. First impression while fitting was solid; pleased it's all done and the room looks neater than before. Would recommend.

My only wish is clearer sizing guidance on the product pages and a few swatches.
