I ordered a replacement length of skirting last month after spotting a gap where an old section had been removed. The site was tidy and I actually found the profile quickly, but I was a bit unsure on the exact nib size. I rang the team and they were brilliant — walked me through measurements and even suggested a tiny colour swatch they'd sent with my order, which was a nice surprise. Delivery was faster than I expected, packaging slightly scuffed though. Would use them again, no problem.
