a matte finish rather than super glossy, clear month view, and buttons that look tactile enough to use without staring at them. The problem started with the website and the support bot. A small checkout glitch turned into a day of going round in circles with an automated reply that kept saying my case was 'escalated' and that a human would email. No human email came. I wasted time repeating the same details to a script — which is, frankly, the opposite of what I wanted this product for. Having used better support elsewhere, this was disappointing and it dents my confidence about updates or troubleshooting later. Still, the calendar itself seems like it could genuinely save time once set up; it's not all bad. I'm willing to try it properly if the company fixes their customer service, but at the moment I'm wary and a bit frustrated.
Handy but glitchy
Still handy, though it keeps crashing. I tried it because a friend recommended it. Every time I open it it closes with 'skylight closed because this app has a bug'. On the latest version, it's frustrating but useful.
Nice, needs a bit more
Really pleased overall, but I wanted more customisation. I moved flat and needed a flexible dashboard with widgets, like some rivals offer. I like the look and the value. App rewards are a bit fiddly though. Glad I picked it, really grateful it worked out.
