Modernised home with new windows and doors
At first, we weren't sure about getting new windows and doors for our house because the big brands were charging us a lot of money. But then we found a company that offered us a really good price for everything we needed, including a recommended fitter. Right from the start, the team at this company was really careful and paid a lot of attention to detail when it came to measurements and styles. We ended up choosing flush casement windows with a Satin finish for the Porch and Bathroom for privacy, as well as a patio door. Following their advice, we even had our Kitchen door bricked up and switched for a window. The final result was a modern and brighter home that we are so pleased with, both in terms of cost and how it looks.
Bifold doors purchase
I recently bought some bifold doors for my room and they've made a huge difference to how it looks and feels. I got them at a really good price and they're top quality. I've had them for about 7 years now and they've been a brilliant addition to my home, breathing new life into the room. I was so impressed with the customer service when I needed a replacement part for one of the rubber seals - Adam from customer services sent it to me straight away without me even having to ask. The products they have at Slide and Fold are really top quality. I went for the black aluminium sliding doors with both fixed glazing and some opening ones, and I have to say, they are amazing. Not only are the products really good, but the team at Slide and Fold are also super friendly, helpful, and professional. Liam was particularly great and went out of his way to make sure everything went well with my project. The delivery drivers were also really quick and polite, which made the whole experience easy. I'm really impressed with the service I got from Slide and Fold and will definitely be telling others about them.
Bifold Doors and Corner Windows
The company did a brilliant job supplying and fitting our bifold doors and corner windows. They were great from start to finish. Even though the design was quite tricky, they managed to fit everything perfectly and made sure every little detail was just right. The wait time was really good, and we loved all the different colour choices we had. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone and will use them again for sure. Big thanks to Clare and Adam for looking after us so well.
Triple sliding door with tricky locks
I recently purchased a triple sliding door that I had to install on my own. The product itself was of good quality, and the fitting instructions were clear. However, I was taken aback when I realised I had to put the glass in myself as part of the process. I gave the technical team a call for assistance, and Adam came over to lend a hand. The door locking mechanism can be a bit finicky, but all in all, it's a fantastic product for the price, and the staff are really helpful.

The sliding doors I got from this company were really top quality, with fantastic craftsmanship. The customer service from the team, especially Clare, was brilliant - they were really helpful before and after I made my purchase. My only issue was that sometimes their sales discounts weren't very consistent, which could make it a bit tricky to know when to buy if you're after a bargain. But all in all, a wonderful company with excellent products.

We purchased some really cool bifold doors from a great company online not too long ago. We've just finished putting them up and they look fantastic! The doors are really high quality and were really easy to install. Also, the staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially this lady called Sarah who was amazing. We're delighted with our new doors, they've made our house look absolutely amazing!

The process of ordering was dead easy and the lads at the shop were well helpful. I was a bit nervous about buying online but they sorted it all out for me. Missing parts and no refund
I ordered some bits and bobs for the house, but they only brought a few things and didn't give us a refund! They claimed the company vanished into thin air, but we still haven't received our money back. I'd steer clear of this company at all costs!

Custom windows and doors
I bought some custom windows and doors for a hefty £23,000. The delivery got delayed and when they finally showed up, the windows were missing important bits. They said they'd send the missing parts but they never did. Turns out the company went bankrupt, but somehow they are still up and running, taking orders. Trying to get my money back or complete the order has been a total waste of time. I reckon this company is dodgy and not worth trusting.

I spoke with Adam from customer services and he was really great. He went out of his way to help me with my problem. I would definitely recommend him.
Windows and doors purchase
I recently bought some windows and doors from a company that turns out to be going into liquidation. It was confirmed by the administrator of one of their partner companies. Both companies have the same directors, which you can easily check on Companies House. A friend of mine paid a lot of money for products she never got, and she can't get through to the company as they're not answering calls or have blocked numbers. Trying to figure out how to get her money back hasn't been successful, as direct payments aren't covered by normal consumer protections. It's really frustrating and worrying to see this company still taking orders and payments even though they have no intention of delivering. This kind of behaviour is not just dodgy, but also raises concerns about possible fraud.
New doors for our home
We've just had our new doors delivered for the house, and they're absolutely fantastic! Had a small problem with one of the parts, but the team was really quick to sort it out for us. The staff were amazing and the communication was spot on. Huge thanks!

Bought some doors
I got some doors for my room, thinking they'd be cool, but the company I got them from was a total scam! They took my money and then claimed to be bankrupt, what a bunch of thieves! To top it off, they sold the website to a different company unrelated to the original scammers. I definitely won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.
