Customized memorial plaque and bench purchase
I recently bought a personalised memorial plaque and bench from this company and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. The website was really easy to use, so I found exactly what I wanted quickly. When I had a question about the plaque, I called their customer service and got a speedy and helpful answer. They fulfilled my specific requirements perfectly, which I was really grateful for. Even though the delivery was scheduled for a few days later, I needed it on a specific date and they sorted it out without any problems. Teak garden bench, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment
The ordering process was really quick and easy, and I was so happy to get my teak garden bench just two days after I ordered it. The packaging was brilliant, it came on a pallet which made sure the bench was in top condition when it arrived. I absolutely adore my bench, especially the little dip in the seat and the cushioned cover. It's the perfect spot for chilling out, whether I'm napping on my side with a pillow (no worries about falling off!), or just relaxing with a glass of wine on its wide arm to watch the sunset. It's also great for enjoying a morning coffee, whatever you fancy!
Garden items
Buying the wrong garden furniture products can have you not enjoy your garden. My dad made such mistake and bought products he regretted about through out the time. The product was of no quality. However, a new song has been sang in the family as we discovered Sloane & Sons. This company to me has stood to prove in practice what it means to deal on quality garden products. The last bench we bought for our garden is still serving the family garden well till date with no traces of going bad soon. I would say Sloane & Sons is a good company everyone should try out for anything concerning gardens.
Teak bench with carved names and wedding date
Oh, I just had to tell you about this lovely teak bench I got as a special present for my grandparents' big 50th wedding anniversary. It was a real stunner, with their names and wedding date engraved right into the wood. The bench is really sturdy and definitely worth the price. My grandparents were over the moon with it and had the biggest smiles on their faces. Billy made ordering so easy and Scott, the delivery driver, was a proper gent. Big thanks for such top-notch service and a fantastic product! Cheers!
Garden bench arrived late, not pre-assembled
I ordered this cool garden bench thinking it would come already put together, but it arrived in a box and I had to assemble it myself! On top of that, it was late and they blamed the Suez Canal for the delay, like seriously? I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a bench at a cheaper price, to be honest.
Wooden garden furniture
I bought a couple of wooden sofas, a pair of chairs, a table, and chairs set from GardenBenches.com. I splashed out some cash on them! The sofas and chairs are really comfy, and the table and chairs are great for al fresco dining. The delivery arrived on schedule, and the delivery folks were very friendly, bringing everything right to our garden. I also got some covers, but they started to fade in the sun pretty fast. I gave them a ring, and they swiftly sent out replacements. Now my garden is looking fantastic!

Garden bench, Christmas gift, damaged diagonal section
I was so looking forward to assembling this garden bench my husband got me for Christmas in the Spring. But when I opened the box, I was gutted to see that one of the diagonal backrest sections was all smashed up. I got in touch with Sloane & Sons, hoping they'd sort it out, but they weren't much help. All they offered was some glue and sandpaper. Clearly, that wasn't going to fix it! I was really disappointed - I was expecting a top-notch piece of furniture that would stand the test of time, especially given what we'd paid. The backrest sections seemed flimsy even before finding the damage. To top it off, Sloane & Sons wouldn't swap the bench because we didn't get in touch with them as soon as the parcel arrived. The whole thing felt like a bit of a letdown from start to finish.
