I cancelled my order placed on the sns app but received an email to say my order was confirmed. I rang their customer service in Sweden at a cost to myself to explain and ask if they could not send them out to me. I was told that even though the shoes hadn’t been sent or even packed up to send I would have to receive them and then pay for the return to Sweden. Very poor customer care. Rude staff. I would recommend avoiding this company. Other retailers eg end clothing and adidas are far more helpful in my experience.
