It was the second weekday after I ordered that I really understood why I stick with them. I'd moved over from another supplier more than a year ago because deliveries were faster here, and usually I have the parcel the very next day. Once it was delayed, so I messaged customer support—Anna sorted it straight away, polite and practical, and even checked back to make sure it arrived. Small things like that matter; I've had worse run-arounds elsewhere. Not flawless, but I'm happy enough to keep ordering. Mostly worth it for me.
