I first spotted this on Amazon after a mate mentioned it — thought I’d give it a go as a gift for a family who needed a bed. I’ll be honest, I had a bit of a wobble when the first parcel wasn’t exactly what I expected. That said, the way the company handled it turned it around. I got in touch (a couple of messages, nothing fancy) and they didn’t brush me off. Someone replied, asked for a photo, then sorted a return and replacement without making it a palaver — they even covered the return postage, which saved me a faff and me money. Delivery for the replacement was actually quick, and the whole swap was less awkward than I feared. The family were chuffed in the end and that’s what mattered. Price felt fair for what I got; not the cheapest but reasonable for the quality and the help I received. I kept thinking, could’ve been a hassle, but the customer service team made it straightforward — polite, clear and they followed up to check everything arrived okay. Small hiccup at first, yes, but resolved and I’m properly thankful. If you’re buying something to help someone out, it’s reassuring when the seller steps up if things go sideways. I’d recommend them based on this experience and because the delivery was reliable too. So, all in all, glad I picked them and happy it worked out for the family — not perfect, but handled well and I appreciate that.
Steady at last
don't assume it's useless straight away. A little patience and a couple of tweaks made a big difference for me. I'm glad I didn't send it back. For the price it did the job. Could be better packaged and the clips are sharp though. Overall, happy it worked out. I'm actually pleasantly surprised by how much it holds.
