Positive - Greta price, silly prices in fact although they try and sell you some extras to make up.
- Website easy to use
Negative - Took waaaaay longer than I thought for simple glasses although they did say it could happen when they have high order numbers in the offer.
- 2 days to reply to my emails but when they did they were helpful
2 pairs for under £30 delivered. They can get a little swamped in orders when they do offers so expect to wait a month for delivery. Told me before ordering they would be 2-6 weeks, they were shipped in 5 weeks and took just over a week to arrive.
Placed order on 18th April. They say it can take 7-30 working days but most orders are done in good time.
Status as showing as "Personalising lenses" after a few days.
Waited for a month and asked for an update, and got brushed off with the a standard must wait 7-30 working days. Not sure what they were personalising it with that was taking so long (only asked for tinting)
7th June asked for an update again....and no response.
Called them and lady sounded sympathetic when mentioned ordering date.
Next day showed it was in lab and following day it was dispatched. Received in 3-4 days....with some very dark tints. NOT what i was expecting. Dont wish to wait another 2 months for them to sort it out.
I guess i should have chased them more often for them to actually work on it as it seems to only take a a few days.
Lesson learnt. I got what i paid for.
