Videocall measurement guidance
I had a brilliant experience with this company, they were so professional and reassuring. The video call to help me measure my stairs was really helpful and made me feel confident that I was getting accurate measurements. The delivery service was spot on - they kept me updated on when they would arrive and the delivery person was really patient while I checked everything. They didn't rush me at all, which I really liked. The end result of the project was top-notch, I am so happy with the product and service they provided. I can't find any faults at all with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs stair refurbishment services.
Glass staircase
After renovating my new apartment, one thing that obviously didn't allow the beauty to come out was the staircase. The staircase was there but it would have better if modernized in terms of using glass staircase. That showed I needed quotations from companies that offer such services and it happened that very good example of such company was StairFurb. I contacted them, sent pictures of the staircase to them and in lass then 24 hours, I got a quotation from the company. The price to me was fair enough while quality job was to be done. Well, the rest was history as today, I'm loving in a glass house perfectly crafted by StairFurb. Kudos to the company.
Staircase renovation
I've just finished renovating my staircase with this company, and I have to say the service was fantastic from beginning to end. Everything from asking for a brochure to help with measurements, placing the order, and getting the delivery was all done professionally and quickly. The recommended fitter, Hayden, did an amazing job with great attention to detail in his work. The only issue I had was that the gap filler pack was a bit too small, it would have been better if it was twice the size. But overall, the panels look amazing and have really changed the whole look of my staircase, making it seem much bigger than before.
Easy material purchase
Ordering materials from this company was really easy. The woodwork arrived quickly and in perfect condition, all wrapped up nicely to keep it safe during delivery. Setting it up wasn't too hard, except for getting the glass panels to fit together smoothly like in the video. I also found that the paint on the materials was a bit delicate and prone to chipping. Luckily, I had bought some touch-up paint in advance, which helped cover up any marks when I was putting everything together. Despite these small issues, I'm really happy with how everything looks now that I've finished installing it myself.

Stainless steel capping and newel purchase
The product is good quality and seems well-made. But I was disappointed that I had to cut a stainless steel capping in half to fit the half newel. Despite a video measuring session, I was sent the wrong newel, which was frustrating. I eventually reached a solution with James in after sales, but it did spoil the overall experience for me.
