I bought a refurbished laptop from this company to save some money on a good quality product. But, just after the warranty ran out, the laptop stopped working properly and wouldn't recognise the hard drive, even though I hadn't damaged it. I take good care of my stuff, but when I spoke to their technician, I was surprised to hear him say that refurbished laptops usually only last about a year. Not only that, he also mentioned that getting replacement parts for my laptop would be difficult. As a single mother, buying this laptop was a big deal for me, so I'm really upset that it's stopped working already.

I was really impressed with how quickly my laptop was delivered, and it was well wrapped even though the box was a bit damaged. However, I was a bit let down to discover that the power adapter included wasn't the original one like it was supposed to be. The laptop itself was in really good condition, just a few tiny scuffs, and the screen, trackpad, and keys were all working perfectly.

I got myself this really cool 9th Generation iPad and it was amazing! It came really quickly, only took 2 days. The best part was that it came in the original box, which was great.
