I was honestly a bit wary before buying — had a dodgy experience with a local jeweller years ago, and online reviews can be all over the place, so I almost didn’t go for it. The ring arrived and for a couple of weeks I was chuffed, easy as that. Then, a tiny wobble showed up, which made me panic (as you do). I rang them; at first I muttered sceptically... but they arranged a repair quicker than I expected and even sent back the diamond certificate. It wasn’t perfect — I kept checking it for a while — but that creeping doubt faded. Still, fair to say good communication made the difference.
Smiling on the bus
I remember unwrapping it on the way home — a bit daft maybe, but that’s when I knew. Before that, I’d spotted their work on Instagram and tipped my mum to have a look. Throughout the order they were annoyingly efficient in a good way; kept me updated from production to certificate, which calmed me down. The bracelet itself is lovely, not flawless but really well made and prettier than the photos. Price seemed fair compared to others. Would recommend, and I’ll go back, probably in future.
