I'm really pleased — the rings turned out better than I expected. I was nervous about buying jewellery online, especially when it's pricier, but it all worked out. I looked everywhere first, high street and small shops, and still couldn't find what I wanted, so I took the plunge. My husband rang to check a couple of things and spoke to a helpful jeweller who actually answered properly. The parcels turned up a day early, tracked and insured with Royal Mail, and we got email updates which made life easier. Quality and value feel right. I might fuss over tiny details, but honestly I'd buy from them again and have already told a few mates to give them a go.
Mixed outcome but quick refunds
refunds and a decent customer response. Negatives: misdescribed item and dodgy clasp. Tip: ask for recent close-ups of the clasp and stones before buying. I won't risk another order, sadly. Fair play to eBay for handling it.
Little wobble, big relief
I was honestly a bit wary before buying — had a dodgy experience with a local jeweller years ago, and online reviews can be all over the place, so I almost didn’t go for it. The ring arrived and for a couple of weeks I was chuffed, easy as that. Then, a tiny wobble showed up, which made me panic (as you do). I rang them; at first I muttered sceptically... but they arranged a repair quicker than I expected and even sent back the diamond certificate. It wasn’t perfect — I kept checking it for a while — but that creeping doubt faded. Still, fair to say good communication made the difference.
Smiling on the bus
I remember unwrapping it on the way home — a bit daft maybe, but that’s when I knew. Before that, I’d spotted their work on Instagram and tipped my mum to have a look. Throughout the order they were annoyingly efficient in a good way; kept me updated from production to certificate, which calmed me down. The bracelet itself is lovely, not flawless but really well made and prettier than the photos. Price seemed fair compared to others. Would recommend, and I’ll go back, probably in future.
