Bought this after a rubbish week — needed a pick-me-up, so I treated myself to the navy bag. I was half-expecting the usual online let-down but the bag actually looks and feels proper good (the extra straps and key ring were a lovely surprise). Customer service answered a silly question quickly, too. Delivery was quick, which helped my impatience, and the stitching feels solid. Took me a day to stop poking the pockets, bit smug now.
