Pans purchase
I highly recommend avoiding buying anything from this company. My personal experience has been a complete nightmare. I placed an order for a set of pans in December, and up to now, they haven't shown up despite me reaching out several times. It's really annoying having to keep asking for updates and not getting much of a response. They assured me a refund, but that hasn't happened either. This kind of terrible service and lack of responsibility is just not on. I suggest others stay away and spare themselves the stress.
Box of t-shirts
I bought a box of t-shirts in August 2023, but it got delivered to the wrong address. I've tried getting it sorted out by contacting TAG Support and the delivery company, but no luck getting a replacement or refund. I've sent loads of emails, but no response. I even asked about the complaints process, but still heard nothing. This has been my worst experience with a delivery service, and I recommend others to be cautious before buying from this company.
Three months, no goods, no refund
I had a really awful time dealing with this company. I ordered something from them three months ago and still haven't received it. I've tried several times to get in touch with customer service, but I've not heard anything back. They keep saying they'll sort it out, but nothing changes. It's obvious they're just trying to rip off customers. I'd recommend steering clear of this company at all costs.
Kitchen utensils set
I'm a customer of Tagdeal and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with the service I got. I ordered a kitchen utensils set and patiently waited for a whole month, only to receive absolutely nothing. The customer service team didn't bother to communicate with me at all, which left me feeling really frustrated and unsatisfied. I would definitely suggest to others to avoid this website, because my experience was definitely not up to scratch.
Unreliable, Frustrating experience
I ordered from this company and honestly, it's been a total nightmare. I paid for my order, but I never actually got what I bought or my money back. I tried to contact their customer service several times, but all I got was empty promises and excuses. It's really frustrating being treated like this. I recommend steering clear of this company unless you're up for wasting your time and money.
Cancelled order with payment issue
I recently had a bit of a nightmare with Tagdeal. So, I got this email saying I owed £84 from a cancelled order way back in December last year. Honestly, I thought everything was sorted out when I cancelled the order. But then, to my horror, it turns out it involved Klarna, which just made things worse. I had no idea how to stop them taking money from my account. I tried contacting Tagdeal for some answers and help, but it was all a bit of a mess. The lack of communication between them and Klarna left me feeling completely lost and unsure how to fix the problem. All in all, it was a total nightmare that could have been handled much better by the company.
2 packs of 3 pairs of pants
I ordered two packs of three pairs of pants but only got one. I got in touch with customer service about the missing pack and after a long argument, they offered me store credit for 15 pounds. I said no to that because I wanted my money back in full. Even though they said they would get the manager involved, I never heard anything back and got ignored. So I decided to contact my card company and got the refund that was rightfully mine.
I ordered something online
I ordered this thing online about a month ago and I still haven't received it or heard anything back. I've tried contacting them through their online form and email, but no one has responded. It's really suspicious and I'm starting to think it could be a scam. Luckily, I paid with my credit card so I can dispute the charge with them.

Order took months to arrive, little communication, evasive. I was reluctant to return and considering selling private as didn't think I'd get a refund.. return by recorded delivery and still no refund. Signed for but saying no evidence. Avoid

On 20 2 23 I placed an order, however, I never received it. Despite chasing Tagdeal on many occasions, asking when I would receive the item. After 12 weeks I asked for for a refund and was told I would received a refund within 5 working days. 6 weeks on still no refund . Looking at other reviews I am thinking of writing to the BBC watch dog to look into Tagdeal.co.uk . I strongly advise anyone not to use this company.

Ordered a aquscutom hoddie….the picture on the website is completely different to the one there finally sent….poor company…I can’t even be arsed to return it…there laughable tbh,don’t reply to emails!
And even when it finally came I found it out the back….there didn’t even put a slip through the door to say it had been delivered….avoid
