I bought a Boss zip top
I recently purchased a Boss zip top like many others, but it took absolutely ages to arrive. I sent numerous emails and made several calls, but received no response at all. However, today I finally received my top, so don't give up hope!
Wanted a refund
This place is so annoying! They promised to refund me my money ages ago, but I've heard nothing since. I've been sending emails and making calls, but they just ignore me. It feels like they have no interest in helping their customers. I'm really fed up with the situation at the moment!
Misleading description
The website said I'd get three t-shirts, but I only got one. I got in touch with customer service, and they wanted me to foot the bill for returning it, even though they messed up the order. I'm really let down by how unclear everything was and the bad customer service.
Affordable prices and easy website navigation
I really like the prices at this online store, they're always good. The website is really easy to use, so I never have trouble finding what I want. My last order arrived quickly with Yodel, which was great.
Polo shirt purchase
I had a bit of a situation with this company when I ordered a polo shirt from them back in early December. Unfortunately, I didn't get any confirmation after I made the purchase, which stressed me out as I needed the shirt before Christmas. When I tried to cancel the order over the phone and through email, they told me it was already on its way and couldn't be cancelled. Finally, the shirt arrived four weeks later, well after the season had passed.
When I tried to send the shirt back for a refund, the company didn't want to cooperate and said they never got it back. They told me to speak to Royal Mail for compensation, which I found really frustrating. This goes against the rules for distance selling, which is not good for their reputation. After lots of attempts to sort it out, I had to involve my bank to get a refund. It's pretty clear to me, from my own experience and hearing from others, that any good reviews for this company are probably fake.Birthday gift order
I ordered a birthday gift for a family member on the 15th of April, but it hasn't arrived yet. I've tried to get in touch with customer service a few times, but no one has got back to me. I even emailed them twice, and they said the items would be sent out next week, but it's been four weeks now and still nothing has shown up. It's really not on, especially when they promised delivery in 10-14 days originally.
Non-receipt of purchased item
I'm really let down by my recent experience with this company. I bought something, paid for it, and even paid for postage, but it never arrived. When I asked about my order, all I got were excuses. Eventually, I had to speak to my bank to cancel the payment and get my money back. It's all been so frustrating and disappointing, especially as the item was supposed to be a gift for my son's birthday.

Boxer shorts purchase
I bought some boxer shorts from this company recently, and it has been a total nightmare! I ordered them in December for Christmas, but it's now March and still no sign of them. Waiting this long is so frustrating, especially since they were meant to be a gift. Their communication has been terrible, giving me conflicting information about my order. They said it was delivered, but I haven't received anything. When I asked for a refund, they were unhelpful and couldn't give me the details I needed. I've now contacted Trading Standards in the hope of sorting this out. Overall, dealing with this company has been really disappointing.
Underwear purchase for Valentine's gift
I'm really not happy with the service I've received from this company. I ordered some underwear as a Valentine's present, but it's now the 15th of April 2024 and I still haven't received it! I even tried to cancel my order, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. I'm worried that if the order does eventually turn up, the quality might not be great based on what I've read in other reviews. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this website - it seems a bit dodgy to me!
New cool stuff
I've just ordered some cool stuff from this website, but I haven't received it yet. It's taking forever for them to deliver it. I ordered it on November 16th, and they said it would take 10 to 14 days, but it feels like I've been waiting for ages already! I'm really looking forward to getting my hands on it though. I hope it's worth the wait!
Calvin Klein underwear purchase
Wow, what a complete nightmare it was! I ordered some Calvin Klein undies from this company, but they never showed up. When I got in touch with customer service, they insisted the package had been delivered, but it was all lies. Luckily, I paid with my credit card, so I was able to dispute the charge and get my cash back. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this dodgy company.
Long wait for order, requested refund
I really wish I had checked out the reviews before buying from this company. It took weeks for my order to turn up, and in the end, I had to ask for my money back. Dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare, so I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
