Kids 11-12 Argentina Messi warm up top
Ordered 2022-2023 Argentina Pre-Match Shirt (Blue) - Kids (MESSI 10) -11/12 Years. My son is 10 and average size for his age. Thought ordering the ... size would be best and checked measurements.
When the top arrived it was too small, there is no way it would fit a 11-12 year old and it didn't match the measurements stated.
Tried to contact them about returning and exchanging for the next size up.
I have had no replies to emails, phone number doesn't work, you just can't get hold of these people.
Absolutely shocking customer service, if it had stated the the sizes are on the small side i would have ordered differently.

Was worried about the reviews but went to them as only option for the shirt I wanted. However my experience was very good. Yes it took a while to arrive, but the projected delivery on website had already warned me of that. Quality of the product was actually a lot better than I was expecting so no complaints there either.
Would definitely use again if after something a bit different and not any urgency in it arriving.Scotland rugby clothing.
Ordering,service and delivery were great. If buying macron rugby clothing I would always go next size up.

Like a previous reviewer, I too only read the reviews after ordering the personalised kit for my grandsons birthday! I really wondered whether I had made a big mistake and tongue in cheek chased my order a week or so later only to be told it was being posted that day. Still not convinced I would receive the goods I was delighted to say they turned up two days later and the goods were as described and beautifully personalised. Needless to say my grandson was so thrilled with his present and I was thrilled to think I had not been scammed. I don’t often send in reviews but in this case I just wanted to provide my positive experience of shopping with this company.

I would have given maximu stars but i can't.
I paid extra to have next working day delivery.
I ordered on Saturday I received the hoodie on tuesday!
To my the next working day would have been Monday!
When i vomplain3d about this i was told next working day from dispach!?!?
That's a bit unfair in my opinion! I paid £ 9.99 for next day delivery as i needed it the following day otherwise i would have paid the normal delivery fare!

T-shirt was good enough quality and the print on the back was fine. The flag logo on the front wasn’t straight though.

Ordered this kit for Xmas. When ordering, was led to believe kit was in stock, it wasn't. However, after several emails back and forth, the staff sorted it and it arrived in time. Well done.. Website should say if items are in stock or need to be sourced, save a lot of problems

Football shirts for grandsons .. the order was handled and sent swiftly especially with things being as they are in the country at present.. personalised names were accurate though letters were a little large.. good value for money however.
