I've been using this eye cream for nearly a year now, and it's amazing! My skin feels really smooth and hydrated, especially around my eyes. I am a bit concerned though, that once summer arrives in North Queensland, the oils might be too heavy with all the humidity. But, no worries, I'll just switch to the creams and problem solved! And the customer support team has been great too, whenever I've reached out to them they always get back to me quickly and are really helpful.
Face cream refund
Ayurveda was so good about it, they gave me a refund without any fuss when I wrote a not-so-great review about a face cream that just didn't do the job for me. Their customer service is really outstanding, and I'm grateful for how they dealt with it so professionally and kindly. I've tried some of their other products too, and I've always been really impressed with how good they are. So, big thank you to Ayurveda.
Defective lotion pump
I bought this lotion the other day and the pump is broken. It's been really annoying. I tried contacting the company for help but I haven't heard back from them at all, neither by phone nor email. It's quite disappointing that they're not providing any customer service, especially given how much the product cost.

Facial cleanser Nicumin & Paraania oil
I've been shopping with this company for about 3 years now and I really like using their facial cleanser Nicumin and Paraania oil. They've been doing wonders for my skin, so much so that I even recommended them to my granddaughter. But here's the thing, I just realised that the bottle size of the Paraania oil has been cut from 1.69oz to 1oz, and to make matters worse, the price has gone up. That left me feeling a bit disappointed considering how loyal I've been as a customer. And on top of that, my recent order didn't come with any free samples like it usually does, which was a bit of a letdown.

The customer service was brilliant when I accidentally ordered the wrong item. They quickly refunded me and even included some eye cream as a bonus.
