Moisturizing oil purchase
I recently bought a moisturising oil from your store after hearing great things about it. Initially, I wasn't sure about placing an order, but I'm really pleased that I did. The oil has a lovely scent and my skin absorbs it easily, making it feel really hydrated. Even though it's a bit on the expensive side, I've seen a big improvement in how my skin looks after just a few weeks of using it regularly. I got this oil specifically to help with my skin losing its tone as I get older, and although I know it might take longer than a couple of weeks to really notice a change in that area, I'm happy with the results so far and I plan on keep using it.
I also read some tips on how to make the oil last longer by heating it before use, and I was wondering if simply putting the bottle in hot water before applying it would have a similar effect. Extra item added in checkout
The checkout process was an absolute nightmare. They kept adding things I didn't need and the price of the product I actually wanted just skyrocketed. I tried to get in touch with them a few times to sort it out, but got no reply whatsoever. Honestly, I'd steer clear of this place like it's the plague. They overcharged me for something I didn't even ask for.
Facial cleanser Nicumin & Paraania oil
I've been shopping with this company for about 3 years now and I really like using their facial cleanser Nicumin and Paraania oil. They've been doing wonders for my skin, so much so that I even recommended them to my granddaughter. But here's the thing, I just realised that the bottle size of the Paraania oil has been cut from 1.69oz to 1oz, and to make matters worse, the price has gone up. That left me feeling a bit disappointed considering how loyal I've been as a customer. And on top of that, my recent order didn't come with any free samples like it usually does, which was a bit of a letdown.
Eye cream purchase
I've been using this eye cream for nearly a year now, and it's amazing! My skin feels really smooth and hydrated, especially around my eyes. I am a bit concerned though, that once summer arrives in North Queensland, the oils might be too heavy with all the humidity. But, no worries, I'll just switch to the creams and problem solved! And the customer support team has been great too, whenever I've reached out to them they always get back to me quickly and are really helpful.
Anti-aging skincare purchase
As a 71-year-old customer of the skincare products, I must say I am really impressed with the results I've seen. Lots of people give me compliments on how young my skin looks, and I think it's all down to the fantastic products I've been using. My skin feels revitalised and fresh, and I'm so pleased with the overall quality of the products. The shipping might be a bit slow, but I've just changed when I order to make sure I get my products on time.
Face cream refund
Ayurveda was so good about it, they gave me a refund without any fuss when I wrote a not-so-great review about a face cream that just didn't do the job for me. Their customer service is really outstanding, and I'm grateful for how they dealt with it so professionally and kindly. Body oil purchase
The body oil I bought from this place was really lovely and had a great smell. I've used quite a few bottles of the Black Graam body oil, thinking it might improve the crepey skin on my arms and legs. But, to be honest, I can't say for sure if it's made a big difference in that area. It's a bit disappointing since that was the main reason I bought it. So, I'd say it's a 3-star product for me.
Product finally arrived
I was so relieved when my order finally arrived, it took ages because it got held up with the Canadian Postal service. The Ayurveda Experience team were really great, they helped me track it down. I just wish I didn't have to pay an extra charge to Canada Post.
Kesaradi Face Oil purchase
I bought the Kesaradi Face Oil recently and I was a bit disappointed because the smell wasn't the same as the sample I tried before. The new scent was too strong and it gave me headaches, so I couldn't use it. I got in touch with the company about it, but they just said that variations in smell can happen because of the natural ingredients. However, the difference was quite big, and I was let down to get a product with such a strong and not very nice smell compared to the sample.
Oil-based moisturizer and eye creams
I have to admit, I was really pleased with how well the oil-based moisturizer and eye creams worked. At first, I wasn't sure about using oil on my already oily skin, but I've noticed a big improvement in my skin tone and texture. It's been getting smoother every day. Eye cream and face oil
The eye cream jar might seem fancy, but let me tell you, it's not all it's cracked up to be. It definitely doesn't live up to its promises and it's not worth the expensive price. I thought I'd give the night oil a go, but I woke up with really dry skin the next morning. And guess what? Turns out I still needed to use more serums and moisturisers on top of their oils, even though I was led to believe otherwise. Can you believe that? Such false advertising!

I bought some things from this company recently and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The stuff I got has done amazing things for my skin and hair.
